He was honest from the very beginning when I was looking to trade-in my vehicle and downgrade in order to pay for school. I’m so glad I took his advice and returned to buy when I was ready. Highly recommend.Update: I have noticed a few issues with the vehicle and haven’t received a returned call from Francisco. Prior to signing the papers, he offered a discount on parts and labor if the vehicle ever needed repair. There’s a puddle under the dash and mold. I’ll try to call again today. There was some confusion at first as his sales rep's information didn't always sync with Lorenzo's, but once we were past that, he worked with me on the price and to his credit he kept his word that if anything went wrong right after buying the car, he would make it right (a non-critical part failed and he bought me a replacement - not many places would do that!). Definitely give this place a chance if you are in the market for a used vehicle.”
