I called to see about redeeming paper savings bonds and explained the both owners were deceased but I had death certificates for both. I was told no problem the tellers could help me. So I drove over only to find out nobody could do anything. The person I spoke to didn't know the bank policy I guess.

I will never go back to this location, I been a customer for over 20 years.....I am Asian, I am not Mexican so why would you demand my Social Security card, when I can give that to you...you have my ID and account number...Please train your employee to do your job correctly , thank you and have a nice day...
