We went to this branch in Bradenton Florida on 14th St. and was told we would not be able to withdraw money out of our own account because the system was down. We called corporate office in the building. They tried to get them to let us get money out. They told them there was no restrictions on my husband‘s account so they don’t understand why they would not let us get money out. She told us doesn’t matter which branch we went to that we would not be able to get money out because the system is not allowing them to release any money to us well all of them lied. We went to another branch and they gave us the money with no problem. We were at this branch that refused to give us money out of our own account for almost 3 hours. That is unacceptable. I’ve been at Wells Fargo for going on 30 years and my husband 12 years my mom 30+ years and to go through this at a bank is unacceptable. This bank needs to be investigated the employees the manager, the supervisor all needs to be investigated because this is unacceptable

This bank at this location is awful. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 26 years and my mom 30+ years and I have never experienced what I experienced before. They refuse to let us get our own money out of the account saying there was something wrong with the system, but everyone else has walked in there and getting more than what we asked for but when we try to get money out, somethings wrong with the system, but they can’t tell us why we can’t get the money out call corporate office and they still refuse to let us take out our own money we are headed to get a lawyer now. The only nice person in there with a smile is the black lady the rest has attitude this branch needs a whole new staff to run or they’re not gonna have hardly anybody coming into it

I gave it a star so I could comment but in reality it doesn't deserve a single one, everyone who works there treats customers as if we were ignorant, they don't want to work, they have a bad attitude, they are rude and arrogant.

Very bad service. Banker denied to provide a service at 11.15. Told customer that they are closing. Made an appointment on Tuesday at 12.00 -12.30. Have to wait very long time. No banker show up to take care of her. Avoid this branch.

I see others have had bad experiences here, but I have to say that they were very helpful to me. I was traveling out of the country and had an unusual request, and Paola in the teller line was extremely patient and helpful.

Haven't ever had an account with this bank. I'm disabled with leg issues and go through the drive thru to cash a check wrote off that bank for 2 years. Today when I came through Juliett decided to give me a hard time and tell me I can take it to my bank and deposit it. Well I needed the cash for medication. And this kind of treatment is why I WON'T GET AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK!!!!

Nope not this branch. They don't know or just don't want to help and forget if your Hispanic getting help for another Hispanic at this branch. When to another branch and what a different. Don't recommend at all best go to another one like the one on Cortez Rd.

Atm doesn't work so had to go inside and I guess they don't pay attention and withdraw money from the wrong account after they asked and I told them which account they simply don't care.

Because they refuse to hire people who can speak and understand/read English at this branch, I was charged extra on my auto loan. The teller never applied extra payment to the principal of the loan. I can only guess because no one at this branch speaks good enough English to have a conversation. Corporate office had a terrible time trying to figure out what happened.

This is the worst bank in the world. They feel like they are so important but little do they know a complete inconvenient to me. I am closing my account today 9-26-23. Please do not use Wells Fargo!

Don’t know why I give this branch so many chances yoy, constantly understaffed, slow, disorderly system. They serve customers based on “how easy is this for me”, I can’t be any more patient…why is this ? Is there any management actively working to improve the same problems yoy? Or is bare minimum the ideal?. Bizarre how there’s been no improvement here for years in these areas. Please try address the constant same issues people complain about.. sincerely, and good luck.
