Tonight I went in for three beers and three Black& mild wine wood tip. The young girl Spanish speaking with black hair was straight up lazy. I asked her for three Black& mild winewood tip. She just kept on pointing at boxes and she was in a rush. I said ma'am we have time just look at the boxes, "Sir I don't have time for this. There was no one in the. I should have walked out but I bought my three beers and told her I'll make it real simple just the three beers. She did not have a care in the world and went back to her phone after the sale. Fire that chick, cuz I won't be back with laziness at the helm.

I live right next door and every day I buy gas for over $70 and I wanted to fill my glass with ice and the girl said no to pour the water that I bought there so I'm out of luck for $70 a day and I'm going to another one

Young man that works there is extremely polite and professional.
However, my experience so far has been that all the items I normally purchase ring up at least $.30 higher than they are marked. It’s not the money, it’s the fact they aren’t forthcoming about the cost. It’s deceptive.
Update: A glutton for punishment, I returned for more of the same. $1.99 price tag on a 16fl oz can of Dr Pepper. $2.29 at the register. Obviously I have no problem paying it, I won’t the damn soda. What I don’t want, is to be swindled. I hope this place and every place like it goes out of business. We need less businesses that want to take advantage of people.

If a manager is needed to provide basic services that all locations offer, then a manager should always be there. Unacceptable service.

If I could give this location, no stars I would give non-matter-of-fact I would give a -50. The customer service sucks. This is the second time that I wanted to the location with some cashier that has short hair and is a older woman every time I try to go to any 7-Eleven location it’s an issue with putting money on my cash app and they’re rude and disrespectful.

Taylor in the mornings is always so nice and have a good attitude like to grab my snacks before work is 4am and she still is always so helpful
