We did a walk in for tsa finger prints we were told we would be worked in between appointments they were there was only 2 appointments before us they ended up having issues with licensing scanning so they started running behind on the appointments they called 4 ppl that came in after us I finally got up after sitting there for 2 hours and asked when we would be called the lady said after all the appointments for the day I told her we should have been told that when checking in she said I'm here till 5 u can make an appointment knowing there's no appointments left for the next 45days when I told her that she shrugged her shoulders and called 2 more names to ho back we got there at 9:30 and left at 11:30 never to be see. Rude associates will not be back to this location

I waited for over 4 hours to get assigned a tow truck driver, and eventually canceled my service call before even being assigned one. I ended up having a family member tow me back. It's absolutely ridiculous to be stuck on the side of the road for SEVERAL HOURS! You claim to care about your customers safety, but being stuck out on the road for hours at a time is not safe at all! And on top of all this, you have no easy way to contact ACTUAL HUMAN PEOPLE to help answer questions! And when I finally got to a real person, they were no help at all! They said my work order was being looked at but I then heard nothing for another 2 hours! Wholly dissatisfied and not happy at all!

Driver Jose seemed disinterested in installing a new battery after telling me my battery is bad. He then goes on to charge an astronomical price to discourage me from getting one.

The front receptionist is always very polite. I’ve booked cruises through them and they always make sure you get the best deal possible. I also have my auto insurance through them. The agent works with us every renewal to make sure we’re getting the best price for our coverage. It’s very clean too.

Sorry I have a mental disability. I have been flagged on AAA to not be able to renew membership. Won't tell me why never told me it happened. Just can't have any membership ever again. I've been using AAA for 12 years off and on again. I just wanted to fix what ever I did that I don't know I did. But sad face one mentally handicapped person by the side of the road. Where do I go or try that's like AAA?

Terrible service. We asked about travel and rental car insurance and the woman (she definitely was no "lady") was ignorant and snarky. She told us we had to go talk to someone else, but she didn't say who or call over one of the many idle agents sitting at their desk. Ok. AAA, we will just take our business elsewhere. There's a reason why the place was empty of customers, and employees sitting around doing nothing. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. The Brandon AAA must be making so much money off no customers, they don't need any real life customers. Please take your business elsewhere (online AAA).
