Terrible experience. My mom went here looking for leggings for a Christmas gift. The young girls working were extremely rude. My mom asked if they had the hugger leggings in an XL and was told they don’t carry sizes that big. I went in the same store a few minutes later and found 3 separate leggings in XL. And multiple in XXL. Imagine body shaming in 2025. Disgusting behavior.

I usually love aerie, my other experiences shopping at this store were great and the girls were so nice. I went today with my bf and our one year old daughter around 12:30PM-ish. My daughter screamed once because she was upset when we were in the back of the store but I quickly calmed her down and took her to the front in case we needed to leave while we waited for my bf while he payed.
I was clearly stressed and embarrassed but my daughter was calmed down, I didn’t catch her name but a worker dressed in all blue came up and said “yah she’s being a little rowdy 😬” while making a face, and then said it’s because she’s hungry and needed a snack. I think she sensed she made me upset because she tried giving her a high five but my daughter is really shy so she didn’t.
I felt like it really wasn’t her place to say that especially in such a rude way, and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I know she was probably annoyed that my daughter screamed in the store, but I still feel like she could’ve kept her thoughts to herself.

My wife went into this store on 10/14/2025 around 3–3:30 PM and had one of the most unwelcoming experiences she’s ever had while shopping.
She was never greeted by the two young women working at the counter. Instead, she immediately noticed one of them staring at her out of the corner of her eye while whispering to the other. After a couple of minutes of quietly browsing, the skinny blonde employee raised her voice and said, “We only sell large here.”
My wife hadn’t asked about sizes or said a word to them. The comment was unnecessary, rude, and came across as a deliberate attempt to embarrass her. She calmly replied, “Thanks for letting me know. God bless you,” and left the store feeling humiliated.
If this is how your employees think it’s okay to treat customers, it’s a serious reflection on your store’s culture. No one should be made to feel body-shamed or mocked for how they look when they’re just trying to shop. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and retrains (or replaces) staff who think this kind of behavior is acceptable.

The clothing is always so comfy and the service here is great. I’m happy to finally find a shop that sells actual cotton clothing and not just another mainly polyester store, even if some of their options still have it cut with it. The options here are cute and the clothes hold up really well.

If I could give a zero star I would . I came in looking for a gift . I walked in , I wasn’t greeted , I wasn’t even acknowledged during my time inside the store . I went June 16 around 1pm , I walked in with my two daughters , 1 who is in a pink wheelchair . I walked through both sides of the store . The whole time the group of 5-6 girls were talking about personal matters in the middle of the connecting store . Worst experience ever! Will never go back .

Came in today with my friend doing a little shopping, and let me tell you the experience that we had completely blew us away. Andrea was top notch. She was incredibly helpful and personable with helping me find the perfect bra. Once I was ready to check out the red haired girl (didn’t get her name) made us feel even more welcome. We left the store saying to ourselves that we wish we didn’t have to leave. Best aerie shopping experience ever… actually best bra shopping ever!

Kourtneey was super helpful to me. I’ve never been to Arie before, but she helped me find exactly what I wanted. I needed work pants for a new job I’m starting soon, and I wanted them to be comfortable but still professional, and I wanted them to have pockets. She showed me exactly what I wanted and I’m in love with them. Once I start working my new job I plan on going back to get a couple more pairs. She was a super sweet girl and so are all the others girls working here. They are very hard workers, especially with how busy it was for the holidays, but they still take time to be kind and make sure you have what you need. Definitely coming back to this location.

On multiple tables it had $23 dollars for the leggings but they rang up at a different price. If you’re advertising it as such you should honor the price and take them off the floor to rectify your mistake.
