I would like to report the worst experience I have had with a store in years. This was the Brandon Exchange store in Brandon, FL .Purchased a pair of jeans online which did not fit and inadvertently lost the tags. Bought another pair, with the intent to return the smaller size. Neither the store manager or the customer service person was willing to be reasonable or helpful. They offered to take the item back in exchange for something the same price. I was unable to find anything that fit as I wear short jeans. So if you are able to take the jeans back for an exchange what is the difference?! Can't Aeropostale refund $20? The manager shouts across the shop to say I did not look never mind I searched for 20 mins to find something with no help. Best she did was to send me to a clearance rack. When I declined she was dismissive and unapologetic. My next step is to report the matter. If I could select 0 stars I would! You will never get a dime of my money again!

Older manager with a lip piercing needs to get a new job if she’s unhappy with where she’s at in life. No reason to believe someone is stealing when it’s the stores fault that they cannot take off their censors properly.

Today I arrived around 1:10 in the afternoon and I have vision loss and I asked a lady who works there very kindly if she could tell me the price of a jacket that I saw and she told me, look at the label, I told her that I had vision problems and I didn't see the price well and she replied that she didn't either, rudely and sarcastically, laughing as a mockery. People like her shouldn't work in those places with public. I left the place very upset. In the end, I didn't buy anything thanks to her.

The saleswoman who was serving yesterday, September 5, 2023, in the morning hours, treated us poorly just because we spoke Spanish when she also spoke Spanish and on several occasions she continued to answer us in English when she knew that we did not speak English, that made me It seems disrespectful to us as Hispanics, for my part I will never shop at that store again and have received better service anywhere else, thank you

I ordered online for the first time with this company. Some of the clothes fit others did not. They don’t have an exchange option, you have to return and repurchase items, which creates another shipping charge and you have to pay $8 to return items. I took the items in the store to return them yesterday. I have the receipt but because I paid through PayPal I could not get a refund to my card I had to take an in store credit. No thank you. I despise stores that do this. I will pay the $8 to return the clothes and never buy from this store again.
