I wish I could rate them lower than a one star.
Where do I start?
1)My first day I should’ve known it was a scam. They sign you up and make you sign up into a payment Plan before they even take your blood work and get results back to know if it’s you best.
2) I have a medical issue that I had to deal with before dealing with this so I told the lady at the desk in person that I wasn’t gonna be able to do this program and they were gonna start the refund process and make sure I wasn’t gonna get charged from here on out. Thay was the 18th of Last month and I’m STILL playing phone tag with these ladies trying to get a manager to call me back and start my process so I don’t get charged for a program. I’m not using.
I don’t recommend going to this place. I recommend going to an actual doctor that will take your bloodwork. Read your Results and actually put you in a program that fits you best.

I have used Age reunification in the past it was very satisfying however in January 2025, I went again for the weight loss program, and they are using a different pharmacist. I paid over $2000 and have not lost any weight. You have to mix the semaglutide meds yourself and makes you feel ill for days. Really disappointed considering I know they were great in previous years and I work out 4 times a week,

I have been a patient for the past 3 years and this year is by far the worst. My patient care coordinator is no more. You can’t talk to an actual person on the phone and instead you have to speak to some random employee via text messages who doesn’t respond. They have no issues taking your money, never ordering your medication and then giving you the silent treatment.
This time I was charged over $600 for two medication THREE WEEKS AGO that have still not been ordered or shipped. No tracking numbers, no follow up, nothing but silence!
This behavior is completely unacceptable and as far as I know it’s also illegal too!
The order before this one they shipped to the wrong address, didn’t order one of the medications and then tried to blame me for their mistake when I have it in writing!
I repeatedly asked for the manager or medical director of the Brandon office to call me. What have I gotten? Silence!
My hands have been numb for 3 months now because of the one medication never being ordered. I have now been without a second medication for two weeks now which has cause a horrible imbalance which is absolutely miserable! My thyroid medication….Ha! I was prescribed a thyroid medication that couldn’t be filled for six months! I raised all of these issues and what have I gotten in response? Silence!

I really wish I hadn't come here to get answers. Although blood work did find some issues, I was immediately put on hormone meds that were way too strong. At no point did anyone check in on me to see how I was reacting to it. Stopped taking the one med, was told I need to take something else, decided to get a second opinion before that upcoming appoitmment. I was told there was no way I should be on the medication. Problem is I prepaid for that medicine, when asking for a refund I was told it would take 4-5 weeks to get a refund and it has been since March that I canceled that appt for that medicine. I just want my $700ish back and yet no one will give me answers. So here I am as a last resort to get your attention. I am utterly shocked by my experience.

It's all about the money
AVA the puppet master takes your money in full before letting you start the program.
Not knowing how the shot will react to your body
Signed up for 12 week program had to quit after 2 weeks because of side effects from the drug couldn't tolerate
Called Ava referred me to nutritionist which tried to sell me there products

Fantastic place and staff. I had done pellets for the last 12 years. And they just stopped worki g for me. But too many pills for my taste and I didn't feel a difference taking them or not taking them. Prices were high for what I needed. Awesome that they have a traveling lab to come to you for testing your blood ect. I only tried 1 year because it was just too much money to do more.

I am a retired US Marine with 22+ years of active duty service and this has been hands down the best health experience I’ve ever had! The knowledge and attention to detail given here with regards to lab results were beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. I would have given 10 stars but it wasn’t an option. I came here from a recommendation of a mentor of mine from the Special Operations community just for some added health benefits and my wife joined me for my visits. By the second visit she has signed up here as well. She is retired Army and she had the same feelings as I did and she was only a spectator at my visit! Thanks Brett for everything and kudos to your staff as well. I would recommend age Rejuvenation to anyone and I am going to recommend to my close friends, colleagues, and brothers/sisters in uniform!

Frustrating lack of customer service in refund! I had been a patient with the Brandon location for over 3 years--and all had been going well until I decided to try something different from the hormone pellets. I had prepaid for 2 pellet insertions and called the offices in Jan 2024 to get a refund explaining I would not be using them. I was provided the
[email protected] email which I promptly emailed explaining the situation. I followed up on 1/23/24 with the office via text letting them know I had not received any acknowledgment to my email-they could not help me and asked that I email again. So I sent an email again asking for acknowledgement on 1/27/24 and again on 1/31/24. Having heard nothing by 2/5/24-I followed up again with the office via text asking for a phone number to the refund dept and was told they saw a pending refund for $775 but there was no direct number to refund department. I asked someone from there to follow up and help me b/c I was not getting any response at all. I got a txt on 2/7/24 saying that they could not help with any refunds b/c this was handled by the phantom refund dept. I was frustrated at this point and just stayed tuned for any response from refund dept. By 2/19/24-I had sent my 3rd email-so I reached out again asking for a manager or someone to help! I finally got an email forwarded by Michelle McCarthy (the only one who could apparently reach this elusive dept)-the forwarded email from a Rotona Williams stated I may or may not get a refund -I promptly responded asking for my refund. It is now March 7th and I cannot even get a straight answer! So buyer beware---do not buy anything in advance if there is a remote chance you may change your mind...avoid yourself the stress!

These people are rip offs. I ordered three Viles of zinc/vita C/Gluthithion on Jan. 16, 2024, and still have not received my order. I have called several times and can only get to the answering service which assures me that someone will get back to me in 24hrs. Almost two weeks later and still no one has called me. Stay far far away from these people. They take your money, and you receive no product. They only got a one star from me, because they don't allow zero stars. Update: After posting this review on several cites, guess who called a few hours later? I should not have had to do this to get them to respond. They claimed my order was entered wrong (not my fault), and claimed my messages left with the answering service were never received, (again not my fault). I will be receiving my product and a credit to my account. I've gone to this company for years and this is the first time I've had any issues, but when you take $1400 from a person and don't deliver a product or return calls, it doesn't put a warm and fuzzy in my belly to continue doing business with them.
