If you need to waste time and not being helped this is the place, managers walk around with an Ipad and when I asked 2 of them for help their response was I’m not the sales person I need to observe then I Waited 40mins to purchase an Iphone and nobody helped so I walked out. Idk what kind of management is that.

I waited for some help for over 15 minutes while people coming in behind me were greeted and had their questions answered. I can only guess that my farm boots and baggy sweatshirt caused them to ignore me. I get better service from their chat feature. I was in the area and thought a person to person conversation would help me make my decision. I know better now.

Absolutely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this Apple Store. I drove a long distance because I was told screen repairs are same-day and take about 30 minutes. I arrived an hour and a half before closing — plenty of time — only to be told it wouldn’t be done. No one ever said I needed to arrive before a specific time.
The manager, Damon, was completely unhelpful and dismissive, showing zero concern for the inconvenience. This experience wasted my time, gas, and patience. For a company that claims to value customers, this location completely missed the mark. I’ll be rethinking my loyalty to Apple after this.

I was sent to a counter to pick up earbuds. I waited for about 15 min before someone acknowledged me, I was asked what I was here for. I told him then a person walked up the o counter worker and was helped and got her product before me. I give customer service a big fat zero. Do I have to go up to the person and stand in front of his face to be waited on. So mad.

Horrible customer service, after wasting hours on a chat made an appointment here at Brandon store only to have to interrupt employee to get help for an APPOINTMENT I made and then have to reset password and now it takes an hour to reset so had to come back and again interrupt employee to get help and was told I’d be helped immediately but waited another hour. Purchased my watch 3 months prior and it won’t stayed charged and was told there is NO ONE in the USA to repair watches. Seriously ?!?! Wow Apple that’s some serious crap.
So I’m without a watch for two weeks and with warranty and Apple care it’s being sent out for repairs. Very very disorganized store and there’s zero excuse for Apple to have NO one to repair In USA.

If you’re dressed a certain way, they will turn away from you assuming you’re just there to waste your time. I wanted to buy the new Ultra 2 watch but since I was ignored and couldnt get help, I’ll just have to go through my cell provider.

I'm very very disappointed I have problems with my phone i went to the store on Tuesday 24 and they couldn't take me there. They said I have to make an appointment. And they schedule 3 appointments 25 26 27 just in case I miss one cause my warranty ends on the twenty eighth for some reason, all appointment was canceled

Although Dunner did help with getting me the product I came in for… it didn’t come without a lot of attitude and sarcasm. If it makes you feel better about yourself to talk down to customers as if they’re stupid, maybe don’t work at a place where it’s your job to assist and educate people about the product?
