“After shopping around it always seems we get the best prices and service at Famous Tate in Brandon. Our recent purchase is no exception. We purchased a washer and dryer that were honestly cheaper from Home Depot online. After visiting HD we learned that there would be no support in terms of installation from that store that they are separate than HD online. I am sure we could have made all the appropriate arrangements but why do that when Famous Tate will do it all for you! Our sales person Jerrie Dansby could not have been better. She did everything right the 1st time which is pretty hard to find these days! You might say that's the service expected why the 5* review? Well, I can't express how easy she was to work with and how our delivery was expedited. They showed up early, professional and installation was almost perfect, had I measured correctly. That's another story. After they left we had a drip not a leak but a consistent drip. The delivery service came back as soon as they could to correct the drip that in fact turns out to be due to a rusted spigot not poor installation. He did nonetheless stop the drip which I appreciate so we can do laundry until we can get it replaced. Not to be overlooked is that they delivered and installed today, Sunday. I liked them before but they've locked in my business with their exceptional service. Next up ... refrigerator. Thank you for not treating me like just another customer!”

“Im currently writing this review from the parking lot of Best Buy I want to speak about how great of an interaction I had with Jonathan one of the supervisors in the store. I came into the store as a novice photographer trying to find out more information about lenses and while Jonathan was not able to tell me much about the lenses, he offered to open the case in order for me to try on the different lenses on my camera and allow me to take photos with them After speaking with him, I let him know that the camera I recently purchased was on sale previously and Jonathan was able to confirm my Best Buy membership and was able to price match therefore allowing me to receive $150 refund his customer service skills are impeccable thank you”
