Upon entering Ashley Furniture in November (Clearwater location) I was assisted by Nancy. I purchased a black livingroom set. It is so comfortable and beautiful.When you are ready to purchase at Ashley stop by and see Nancy she is very helpful and she works with a wonderful group of sales associates.

The furniture is poor quality and the customer service is lacking. A barely used couch should not be having seam separation a within a year of purchase. The warranty, which we paid for, does not cover seam separation and the warranty service is difficult to work with and actively attempts to block you from reporting the ‘accidental’ damage they do cover. Replacement cushions covers would have been a simple solution to deliver quality service.

Ashley staff seems to be willing to go the extra mile to make a sale after the deal has been sealed…Customer is basically on their own. Been dealing with a Customer Experience Specialist since July 2023 and just as I thought we were going to finally get a resolution she’s gone MIA! Have sent several email messages to no avail.Never again Ashley…. Once and DONE!!!

These guys have pushed back my delivery for over 2 weeks since the promised delivery date and have the most incompetent customer service team ever. I live close to the delivery center and was supposed to be delivered between 2 to 7, which narrowed to 3 to 4, and then got pushed back to 8:30 to 9:30. When I spoke with customer service, they told me they would cancel my delivery for that day and put it on the truck for tomorrow. I never got an email with the time rescheduled, and the guy showed up at 9:10 with my delivery. Now, the time has been pushed back again and now that there's a hurricane I'll not be getting my furniture until some time in September. I've never had this much trouble getting my furniture delivered and I doubt I'll be buying anything from Ashley again.

We had worst experience, In the store it was mentioned sofa will fully recline post delivery it does partialWhen called ti return the customer service is pathetic , everyone routes to different number and it took multiple calls to get to right place and we have filed case to return on 4th day but they said declined stating we have to call in 3 days time which was never mentioned during purchase

2k for a dining room table and chairs that arrived with stains on them. After hours of sitting on hold the remedy was to have them send someone to paint the stains. They didn’t even paint all of the stains.

Greg misrepresented the sale to us. The delivery and assembly did not include all pieces. They left a 200lb piece of furniture on my 65 year old mothers doorstep that she was unable to bring in on her own. Then some of the pieces were missing. Apparently Jackie doesn’t think this is worth resolving, so we’re returning all of the pieces purchased. Highly advise against buying here.

First time buying furniture at Ashley. I went today to the warehouse to pick up 4 dining chairs. I've never received such an awesome welcome ever.I brought the boxes home and everything was in mint condition and easy to assemble. Thank you Ashley and employees

My have a bad experience I would share with everyone that want to buy in this store . I buy 11.000$ in furniture in this store and a half came damaged. still waiting for one they refuse to exchange I call and call and talk to managers and still sending parts in the mail that are useless. I receive 3 technician that try to play around changing something is damaged. All the beds I buyed make weird sounds if I can send them back I would . Nobody helps and I don’t receive the appropiate help .

Worst job I never had! I applied for a position and was contacted by a staffing agency that set up the interview between me and Ashley. I had three interviews and the 3rd interview was a tour of the office where I was offered the job and accepted it. I worked with the staffing agency, submitted all my paperwork and did everything on my part to make the onboarding process go as smooth as possible. When I didn't hear anything from both parties, I reached out to the staffing agency. I was told that Ashley had decided to give my position to someone already working within the company and that I was unhired. I found this out just three days before my start date. I could not believe that this big name company would do something so unprofessional and waste my time and efforts in such a cruel way. I look at this as a blessing in disguise though; who in their right mind would want to work for a company who plays with peoples livelihood in such a cruel way. Their blatant disregard for keeping their word and absolutely no thought to how their whims have affected a human beings financial wellbeing is disgusting. I caution anyone looking to work for this company to think again, because they sure won't think about you.
