I had gone through tech support and it was determined that I had to go to an Apple Store. They were unable to assist. I went to the AT&T, met Jeyson who approached immediately (not aggressive). He established a working relationship with me and was able to ascertain my problem. He explained all my options, costs associated with each and found a new phone for me. His commitment to customer service was exemplary, part of the reason I’ve been with AT&T since 2000. He made sure that I was satisfied with his work and explained that some of the features would continue to’load’. (Which they did). If it were up to me, I would give him a letter in his personnel file and, a public at a boy, and a pay raise.
