After two exhausting weeks of going in circles with AT&T customer service and visiting three different stores, calling Customer Service five times talking to supervisors, I was beyond frustrated trying to resolve an IMEI issue that no one could figure out. I had spoken to over seven different representatives and not a single person could give me a straight answer or solution.
Then I walked into this location and met Edwin, the store manager — and finally, someone who actually knew what they were doing. He took the time to listen, troubleshoot the problem thoroughly, and didn’t brush me off like everyone else had. He was patient, knowledgeable, and committed to getting it fixed — and he did exactly that.
Edwin went above and beyond, and I can’t thank him enough for making something that felt impossible finally get resolved.

Eddie was such a pleasure to work with. That is the fastest I have ever been in and out of an AT&T store for an Upgrade without the customer service being compromised. I dread going to AT&T because it always takes forever but Eddie was so quick and efficient and made sure we understood everything about the process, he explained everything very well and left nothing out. He was also super nice and he made our experience 11/10.

AT&T sends solicitors to bang on your door even when you have a no soliciting sign. Their solicitors are unlicensed.

If you need a phone, or any device ATT supports - you simply must give Jeyson a visit at the Brandon Mall. He works to put you with the best device and the best plan. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time and money and skip right by the Apple Store. Thanks Jeyson!

Worst experience Medhat the sale rep made difficult activity my phone. After showing a government issued ID Really disappointed from spending an hour on the phone to get it activated and still couldn’t it activate. To coming and having to bring my passport to ID myself.

It's a minor aggressive.The manager geo or something like that who was selling phones in target? In braydenton, basically only towed half of this story to switch the phones over because looking at my bill, and how much debt I have, I wasn't even told half of the things that I'm seeing now, I'm very disappointed and I wish I had never switched services and I'm going to go to the news about this. If I'm not contacted and something doesn't get done. And then no one will switch over. That is so wrong. People are so greedy nowdays just to get what they want.

Anthony was excellent! I walked in and was immediately tended to. He answered all my questions and he even helped me set up my new phone. I was extremely satisfied with his service and appreciate the service I always receive from AT&T. Thank you Anthony!!

Went in to purchase a new phone and When it came for the bill, the salesman said that I had to purchase the protection for the phone And when I questioned why I needed to purchase it he came up with some extravagant lie and said I can cancel it in two weeks only to find out he was padding the total cost for his commission and probably took two weeks in order for him to get credit. I’ve been an AT&T customer for a long time and if this is how they’re gonna run their business to lie, I’m questioning whether I’m gonna stick with the AT&T, one bad apple spoils The bunch.

Eric was absolutely amazing! We was patient and helped me with upgrading my phone. My step dad was having issues adding me as a user and Eric was so kind to help us resolve the issue. I was actually at another AT&T store on causeway and the lady was rude to me and kept rolling her eyes and honestly didn't seem like she wanted to deal with me, so I left and went to this location on Brandon and I'm so happy that I did. If I ever have any issues I will be going to Eric for now on. Customer for life! Thank you again Eric for everything. You made the transition to upgrading seamless and easy.

Eric was our sales rep. He was amazing. Very fast and efficient. I came into the store because I had issues with online customer service not being able to assist me properly with an upgrade and exchange. I had spent 6 hours over the phone with customer service in a total of a week and they were not able to resolve my issues. Eric had me in and out of the store in a timely manner and resolved all of our issues. Very thankful that your company still have offers face to face contact with your customer service in the store. Thank you Eric for all your help! We appreciate it!
