Angelica went above and beyond to help with my issue, five stars for HER, however I give zero stars for the agent that spoke over the phone with Angelica and had the audacity to HIDE his identity and his agent number from her and from us, and ZERO stars to AT&T as a company, for charging me $231 for FaceTime calls over WiFi?? Really AT&T?? Are you so desperate to make money that you have to invent new and never-heard-of charges to raise money? Never heard of it!! FaceTime is a built-in feature from Apple that uses solely internet connection either from WiFi or from mobile data plans, which in our plan we have unlimited data, but the calls were made over our home’s WiFi.
But you still didn’t listen to us, didn’t care to hear us and recognize your mistake and withdraw the charges.
After 13+ years I'm taking my 7 devices and lines to somewhere else where they value me and respect me.

This is the worst AT & T store. After being sold lines of service with a promised price, activated one phone, then had the other phones shipped to my house turns out AT & T would not honor the price. The price went from 220 for 4 lines to 280 for 4 lines.
I went back to have them resolve this issue, they told me it had to be done online. The online sales people could not meet the 220 that was quoted even though I had it in writing.
I had 14 days to find another carrier, which I found, Spectrum was able to beat the 220 with the same phones.
So I brought the phones back to this corporate AT &T store where I was told, I could not port my number back for over 4 days even though the error was theirs. In addition, they were going to charge me 55 restocking fee for 3 unopened, not activated phones.
It took 5 1/2 hours at spectrum to finally get AT & T to release the numbers, I waited on hold for over an hour and 1/2 with ATT and had to make another trip to a different A T & T store.
The person at spectrum was great. Her name is Rose, go see her at the brandon mall location, she got us a great deal and helped us navigate through the crappy experience with ATT.
Spectrum, you are awesome. AT&T, I will never give you business again. Everything ATT promised fell through and on top of it they gave terrible customer service.

Amber is amazing. She knows what she’s talking about and is so patient. I switched from a very old phone to a new one and she got me all hooked up and made sure I knew how to use it and can access all of my stuff
