Employees very often have a bad attitude at this location. Other local autozones literally refer to it as the “mean/bad” store. I’d recommend going to the store 5 min away further down 60

Customer service is real bad put you on hold for 30 to 40mi. Then they hang up on you then call back to go on hold again smh

I came in to get the tools needed to replace my spark plugs and the employees that I talked to were very friendly and when I told them I was doing the work myself they were super supportive especially David, they got me the tools I needed and I went on my way. I ended up coming back 15 minutes later because I thought I was missing a tool, and instead of allowing me to feel bad about my confusion, David came out to my car and showed me and explained what I needed to do. Highly recommend this place.

I called the store and I was placed on hold for 12 minutes by David. Unfortunately, when he finally came to the line our call got disconnected due to bad signal. I finally went into the store to pick up my order. As I am standing in line, David, assistant store manager, was helping another customer at the counter. As I am standing in line, I see another cashier on the phone helping someone, two other female appear to be stocking; two customers in line. One of the cashiers Michelle was asking another cashier a question. As the employees were talking, David loudly and rudely called Michelle out in front of all the customers in the store.
David: Michelle are you on the clock?
Michelle: Yes I am
David: You are suppose to take the next customer in line, telephone lines are ringing....
Michelle: I am helping, had to ask a question
David: is that question you're asking for a customer?
Michelle: Yes it is, I have a customer on hold
I felt so embarrassed and bad for her because she was spoken to like that in front of the several customers waiting to be helped. I am sure she felt embarrassed as well and was upset. David was authoritative and seemed agitated. We all have bad days but his leadership skills that day were unprofessional and poor. I hate to think that this is how he talks to other employees. Michelle did help me with my order, I told her I was sorry that happened to her and not to forget to smile!

No one greeted customers and they take so long to come and help it’s like nobody works there. Does a manger not walk around and monitor these things.

Angel and Carlos are the best at helping customers, Mr. Ángel has admirable patience, Héctor is a young man who loves to help others, they both know a lot about vehicles and he is my first option when buying something that my 3 need. vehicles

I was at the store and Anamarie was so kind and treat me very awesome. She sold me an item that was needed for me and while she placed batteries for me and she did a very awesome job and while she was placing the batteries she had a good conversation with me and She expresses mostly her personality and she always has a great smile on her face. Very professional.
