The store manager Nathan was excellent. My girlfriends serpentine belt snapped and she had stopped at Autozone to get another one and as I was on the way to her , Nathan offered to help put on the belt,and he did help and knew what he was doing , he was great and had excellent customer service ! Definitely would come back to this Autozone 100%

Had issues with my car googled AutoZone near me. Once arrived at the store the employees were like an ANGELS they helped me with my car issue. The store manager and Warren were professional and knowledgeable of the car issue. Thank you!

Anna is fantastic! The company should give her a raise and extra days off for doing a great job. She was extremely helpful for the complications I brought to her in finding everything I needed, and she had a great attitude. I would definitely return here again.

I was the only customer in the store at midday and it took 30 minutes to return 3 loaner tools.
There was only one store associate and a commercial manager that had to help the associate after 25 minutes of them not being able to figure out the computer system.
Ultimately, I blame cheap regional management not providing enough resources to hire/keep the correct number of competent personnel and not providing enough training to make sure those that are there can accomplish their tasks.
