I am expressing my dissatisfaction for this location they take your money but dont provide quality service they lack professionalism and are very lazy they do not communicate well Ashley was very disgusting I will not be visiting this location ever again they discriminated against me and the breed of my dog because he’s a pit bull they are aggressive with him which scares him and they need to go back to schooling they literally deal with dogs and don’t know how to handle them it’s very sad the first time I attempted of expressing my dissatisfaction I was told to go else where no sympathy was given she raised her voice at me and kicked me out and I was not yelling being disrespectful or cursing I simply gave constructive criticism I feel as they don’t care about my dog and how I feel as if I don’t matter Ashley literally told me WHAT IM GOING TO DO ABOUT IT ? as if me or dog needs doesn’t matter I wasn’t even talking to her about the matter I was talking to someone else at the front desk who seemed to be understanding but not Ashley I can tell she does not have experience dealing with different races she was being defensive and nasty for no reason i was being judged instead of helped they take no accountability I have been patient and dealing with there uncaring nature for months and then when I finally say something I was being treated as a villain I highly don’t recommend the experience was terrible they need to do better and Ashley need to take anger management classes

It depends completely on the DVM that you get. There were a few great doctors that made sure your pet was #1 priority. Staff can be uneducated and with no experience/thrown in and make mistakes that can harm the wellbeing of the pet. I don't think it right to say they are a money pit because ppl do not become a Vet to make money. That is on the company but the right vet will make sure they help in whichever why they can. I worked with a decent bunch there 4 years. There were other locations that did nit run so smoothly and had very inexperienced vets and technicians which gave them a very bad name.

Omg, I remember Ashley, but for some reason can't remember the vet that took care of my precious kitty Boots! He's AMAZING! He called me multiple times during the day to keep me updated and always did what I suggested. Thanks to him, my baby is on the mend! She's only 2 1/2yrs old..she's doing better now and I have him to thank for that!The office staff were also AMAZING! VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING!

Place is a joke. You book an “appointment” online for a certain time with a certain vet. Then I show up and they tell me to leave the dog there all day and they have 20 other dogs to see before mine! That’s not how vet appointments work, huge waste of time and I will never go back again.Oh and before the vet even comes in they were trying to sell me on a monthly shot for my dog that may or may not work but I should keep doing it regardless.

My dog is aggressive to animals (great with people) and the staff here is awesome with getting us checked in to an exam room quickly and checking out fast, too. Everyone here is super nice!

After a week of sitting and rationaly thinking i still question the true adequacy doctors knowlage. I have braught my cat in since last december for hair loss and scabs only to be told it is allergies and give him a anti inflamitory injection over time he just kept getting worse and i grew tired of him being in a cone so i took him to another vet...30 minuts...it took 30 minutes for the new vet to pin point 3 possible issues where it took benfeild 6 months and within 1½ weeks the fur babby was almost completely healed. I highly recomend going to another vet.

I have the top wellness package and was in a month ago for check up and cleaning. Reached out for an emergency visit but they were booked a week out, they let me know they’re for preventative care.Got my baby to the emergency vet and my dog was in stage 4 lymphoma. The lymph’s would have been swollen on the last visit allowing us to proceed before the stomach tumor progressed as this is a rapid disease.He was euthanized yesterday and my heart is broken & of course it just so happens that my plan payment fell on the same day.Extremely disappointed. I know not every disease or sickness will be caught, but swollen lymph’s on his full body should’ve been an obvious indicator to a vet.

Awesome boarding team! However, they never mentioned the gratuity will be automatically added to our bill. My pets stayed in their boarding facality for 12 days.

I canceled my subscription last November because my dog died. Every month I have to be reminded of this fact because they still keep charging me. I’ve called corporate I’ve called the store and emails and nothing. Every month I get a reminder that a member of my family is no longer with us. It’s the coolest thing that they could possibly do. Don’t ever go here and if you do don’t ever get their monthly subscription for pet care. This company is pure evil.

Could hear one of the lady employees getting kinda upset with my pup who kept nervously barking when they put us in a back room.... doctor was kind of a bit rush and seemed impatient on the phone call back when trying to advise my husband what was going on and just didn't care for the staffing in all in the back room they seemed unpleasant

This place feels like I’m going here to be sold they do not seem to have a lot of concern other than selling me. The staff seems quite sterile. Will be canceling my membership. I never get above and beyond service here, even after a year. No thanks.

Pretty upsetting you make a appt for vaccine nothing was said about dropping her off all day till after the vet does surgery. When asked why I would be required to drop her off for a round of shots. The tech up front said that's just how it is and online appts don't say anything about it. That I can call corporate and complain. Then walking away from me. My dog to start getting upset due to cats coming in the officetech comes back and say I can make an exception for 3:15pm for walk In. That's unprofessional and I ended up just walking away. I'm 6 months pregnant and don't need the added stress of a ugly response of the tech at the front desk. Telling me to complain to corporate..... As well as I'm not sure who is comfortable dropping there fur baby off to be put in a kennel all day for a simple rabies vaccine. WILL NOT BE USING BANFIELD! A different approach is needed with techs very unprofessional to say the least.
