Made a New Patient appointment for my dog, when I arrived I was told I would have to drop him off for approximately 5 hours and I wouldn’t be able to see him during the visit.There was nothing about this in the appointment details or confirmation - why wouldn’t they mention this?That was a major issue. Canceled the appointment.

They have great payment plans and have always been helpful in responding to any and all questions I had about certain procedures and different medications and recommendations for my petsI have gone now with about 4 years of using their care plans and have not had any complaints

I would sooner tell someone to run with scissors than have them go here. Staff is terrible. Just a bunch of little girls with no direction.

First and last time visiting this location. Scheduled a new puppy exam 2 weeks ago for a 12:30 appointment on June 10, 2023. Upon arrival we were told there was no record of the appointment in their system even though I had a confirmation email for the appointment. Luckily, there were able to “squeeze” us in an hour and half later however the associate who checked us in was very condescending and rude. She automatically assumed that we did not have any knowledge on owning a puppy and that we will be breeding our puppy since he is a designer breed. She came off very aggressive, extremely pushy, and left a very negative impression of Banfield Pet Hospital.

Busy and active always open and available. Since economically funds are tight why not set up a mini packet just to get very basic shots for very very low income. Also set up an event for those who are homeless but will never give up their best furbuddy and need a basic check up and donate basic products food and comfortable bed and blanket and water, food bowl and a toy.

I took my Husky in for allergies and hot spots. I loved the atmosphere. The techs at the front desk and the doctor that took care of my pup were al amazing and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed that very first visit so much that I have now switched all 3 of my Huskies over to Banfield ?

Great experience here. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. They took the time to explain what my pups needed to be healthy and why. They also made sure I got the best deal possible. Top notch customer service! Thank you

Dr.'s are Awesome, and the whole medical staff was so polite, and had empathy for my sick dog. I am a repeat customer. Also, the store had all I needed. Thank you for Great Customer Service and Care!???????????

Had a bad experience with this Location when I first joined but I needed to get my Dog in for an Emergency Visit, due to bleeding & they were amazing! The Front Desk were so sweet, kind and helpful and the Vet gave some great recommendations. Will definitely be continuing care here :)

The staff here is so amazing. Top tier service. It's my first time here, and I brought a list of things to discuss with the vet. When I handed Bane's (my dog) folder at the check-in counter, the gentleman noticed my list of concerns and started to type away. It was a lengthy list. Wow, just wow! There was transparency from the services done that day to the prices for future procedures.Their insurance is the best insurance I have come across, and I highly recommend it to anyone who owns a pet. To give you an idea, I saw a comparison of out of pocket prices vs. what was covered under the plan. I would have paid over $1000 for my first. I only paid $215 and only because I had to take medication for an upcoming procedure I scheduled. Otherwise, it would have been less.The tech was super nice and thorough as well. I did not get to see the vet at all, though. Honestly, I got everything I needed and all the information that was important. So, although I didn't see the vet, the ultimate goal was accomplished, and that's a win in my book.I am not a fan of Pets Mart. This hospital is part or in contract with pets mart. It's just a really good hospital with excellent service and plan options. It's also very clean. I have to admit, the whole store was very clean and organized.I look forward to future appointments here.

I was on the verge of canceling my wellness plan and been with them over 5 years but I tried this one and I am like so over joyed????, my baby Bella was ready within hour other Banfields take advantage of the covid protocals and over book. Thank you so much my new Banfield Hospital. My baby means the world to me and just sitting in the back for hours cause you over booked NOT ACCEPTABLE. This place THE BEST❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Dr. Johnson is very compassionate when discussing the issues with your dog. Also, when you travel with your pet, and your pet is sick or injured, you go to a local Banfield, and they pull up all of your pets records.
