Came in thinking I was going to have to replace my rear differential. Scott and his team really saved my rear end, literally and figuratively, by adding an additive to my transmission preventing any slipping! Scott was super up-front about the entire process and I will definitely bring my mustang back if it has any future problems, you're in good hands here.

I was referred to Bennetts automotive by a friend and I will definitely be returning for future service requirements. Excellent service good communication Matt and Scott were fantastic. They exceeded my expectations and informed me of additional things that they found and took care of at the time my vehicle was there upfront and transparent. I loved it.

I recently had an excellent experience with Bennett's Auto Repair. As a newcomer to Brandon, finding a trustworthy auto shop was a top priority for me. I called them at 9 AM to inquire if they could fix my Acura ILX, and not only did they offer a reasonable quote, but they also managed to replace my serpentine belt at a fair hourly rate. I coordinated the towing to their location, and impressively, all the work was completed within 6-7 hours on a Monday.
The professionalism from the person I spoke to over the phone was reassuring. I also requested to have my old starter back to get some money back from the core, and they handed it over without any issues, which speaks volumes about their transparency.
What really stood out to me was their honesty. I had accidentally left money and some lotto tickets (which, unfortunately, were losers) scattered throughout my car because I was in a rush. When I got my car back, not a single dollar or ticket was missing. They are genuinely the real deal.
I highly recommend Bennett's Auto Repair for anyone looking for reliable and honest service. They've earned a new loyal customer with their straightforward and professional approach.

I have used many mechanics over the years and these guys are hands down the best! Honest and trustworthy unfortunately is not the norm in this industry, but these guys, they are exactly that. Been using them for over 10 years and 5⭐️ every time!

I have been coming to Bennett's Auto Care for several years and I have always been very happy with the work that was performed! I reached out and spoke to Scott, after a hot grueling weekend with no A/C in the vehicle, hoping to get on their schedule so the issue could be repaired. Scott mentioned they were extremely busy but they would do their best to diagnose the issue so we could try and get it repaired before an upcoming trip. I was extremely pleased when I got the message that the vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up the same day in which I dropped it off. Both Scott and Matt are truly a blessing and I would like to them to know how much I respect and appreciate what they do for me and others--thank you so much!

Not pleased with customer service. We had our truck AC go out last year. Bennett's fixed it. Went out again...found additional problems gave quote..$1,600+. They could not repair (too busy)...was during holiday's so we agreed after the first of the year. We have continued since January to get repairs...always getting the "next week We will call you", "next week we will get you in", "we will call you if we get a cancelation". Never willing to put us on the schedule. We have been more than patient. As of today...no more. Poor business practices.

Changed out my serpentine belt and pulleys on my diesel Ram and actually took the time to talk to me about other questions I had. I felt he gave me an honest answer to my questions and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me anything I didn't need. Scott, you earned yourself a repeat customer next time I need something. It's a sad conclusion of our time that it seems you just cannot find good affordable honest repair service for your vehicles. Well. Heres a shock. Try Bennet's. I was traveling from Ga to visit family in Brandon. I had had my vehicle serviced prior to my trip. As I was crossing into Fl I stopped at Fl/Ga Welcome center. As I was pulling into the parking space there was a harmonic rubbing sort of sound. I had no panic lights, no anomalies on gauges or system operations so I drove on. When arriving at hotel in Brandon the same sound occurred as pulling into parking space so once situated I began calling repair services in local area. All I called could not look at my vehicle for several days. Even Bennet's was operating under a full schedule. But due to my circumstances they asked if I could bring it in the next morning. Wow! They drove it, diagnosed it, fixed it. Extremely fair price and excellent fast repair, great customer service. If Brandon was my home Bennet's would be the only auto shop repairing or servicing my vehicles!!!

Worst place I've ever been to, car was having issues with a sensor and they claimed to put it on the computer and test drive it and claimed there was nothing wrong with my car. If the computer can't figure it out they can't figure it out, call themselves mechanics and can't even use their head to figure something out. I wouldn't take my lawn mower to this place they'll claim to look at it but it'll never get fixed. Took my car there 3 different times for the same problem the supposedly were gonna fix. If you like blowing money on something that isn't gonna get fixed this is the place for you.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
