Beware cell phone sales people at Best Buy are criminals they lie and cheat to sell you the warrantyI was there for a replacement phone under warranty by Asurion and I told the salesperson I wanted the same coverage on the new phone but instead they added the Best Buy Geek Squad Insurance in addition to adding the insurance that I requested and told me that that was my new insurance and from now on I will be billed by Best Buy saying that the billing had changed just so he could lie and add an extra insurance and keep my old insurance so I ended up paying for two insurances for the last 6 months I will be finding out if the employee still works there and do everything I can to make sure he gets fired, !!!

My package was delayed I don't have a delivery date so I have $1,600 worth of merchandise just gone can't tell me where it's at when I try to speak to customer service there isn't really one you can't call the store to ask anything there's no phone service so I can do is speak with someone online and they can't really tell you much

Best Buy is the only place where I will buy any laptops, computers & the services of their Awesome Geek Squad. They have many other great products. I definitely am very grateful, thankful, and appreciate their personnel & experience on the knowledge of their products & excellent services of the Geek Squad. The personnel were excellent, professional & knowledge in sales, Abrarul. In the Geek Squad were Hanson, Cody, Leon, Ian, Matthew, Oscar & Fexil.I am learning technology and a new laptop. They went above and beyond dealing with me. They were excellent, knowledge, and polite, which made me feel that I could learn. Plus, they answered many questions since I am just learning. Ty very much.Highly recommend Best Buy for their products, customer service & support.

My first bad experience with a mobile order pick up I let slide due to the holidays but today I saw first hand the lack of respect for customers from the male cashier working the left register at 530pm today. After checking out five customers I offered to allow the mobile order to go ahead of me which was denied by the male cashier. No acknowledgement, no I’ll be with you in a moment, nothing. Eventually the customer went to the male security who sent him back to the line to wait. My experience was similar back in Dec so I asked to speak to a manager who eventually assisted me with getting my mobile order. Today was a flashback of my experience so I hope corporate management addresses this issue because obviously the local management does not care. In my opinion the purpose of mobile ordering is to save time at checkout but obviously I’m wrong…

The checkout counter is awful. The line is always at a standstill even when the registers are fully staffed. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else

Waited a little bit for someone to come help my father in law after we asked for help to go in back and get him a new iPad, but after that service was good. Was told it would be an extra fee to help him transfer things from his old iPad that didn’t transfer over. We said no, come home and got it figured out.

Manager Alexx was no help, without even trying he told me to go back to the other best buy was an hour away in Bradenton, when I purchased samsung QN800c 85" TV and 2 Samsung watches and was told I can go to any best buy and they give me my trade in value of $90, when I came in they told me the computer only saying $30, online say $90 called for a manager Alexx came, he said they can't match they online price ?(say what ??) so your telling me people that dont have card to make transactions online can't come in the STORE and get the advertising price on best buy and pay cash smh. He didn't even try to call the other store just told me to go back there, after spending 5k at best buy SMH. Acted like buy best are independent owned . NOT THE BEST BUY !!

One of the managers, Mike, has zero customer service. I received a used shipment to my home and because the tape on the box was cut he would not return the item. How am I supposed to know the item was used without opening the package. I would not be leaving this review had he not been so rude and insulting. Hope he learns to treat customers better.

I placed my order and paid for my ps5 and when I went to pick it up they sold it and canceled my order. So I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be buying anything from Best Buy they can go pound sand.

I ordered a laptop for pick up. When I arrived the only unit available was a returned laptop with no charging cord. I chose to have a new unit delivered instead. Best Buy used a company called Roadie to deliver the unit. The driver picked up the laptop then went MIA. Now Best Buy refuses to send another unit or refund my money until they get their unit back from Roadie (THE COMPANY THEY USED FOR SHIPPING NOT ME).
