The doctors at Bigger's Family Medical are 1st rate. The staff is responsive and courteous. My favorite Dr. is Melissa Archibald. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Thank you Bigger's and staff. You are the best.

I had rashes so instead of doing a full screen blood work as they should have they gave me steroids multiple times which caused high blood pressure . My present doctor did proper blood work and as I suspected I have Lupus so not only did Bigger's not take care of me or put me on Lupus medicine ,they missed a bad gallbladder that I urgently had to have removed as well as stage 2 breast cancer with two different types which started to form in my lymphatic system. I was a patient for close to 6 years and was so sick . I pulled my shirt up and asked if possible breast cancer and lupus and they blew it off. After years and years they neglected to screen me for mammograms while the cancer spread. Lastly right before I left Bigger's they finally gave me a referral for a mammogram but the cancer spread causing me to have a double mastectomy.This could have been avoided if they simply felt me as the lump on my breast was large enough to be felt with many more in there. I had to ask for a referral for gynecologist and gi doctor for checking for colon cancer which thankfully did not have but did have things that had to be removed. My ovaries were polycystic and were removed before they ruptured or cancer was found there thankfully not. I also have kidney stone and cysts on my one kidney. I would go to this office and wait an hour at times so my question is what did they actually do but bill my insurance and neglect me. In my opinion I would do my research before you choose a practice or doctor. This is a true and accurate review and I just wanted to warn others out there.

My family and I have been patients at Biggers Family Medicine since they started the business. We go to the US at least twice a year and we always see one of the doctor Biggers. They are professional and caring especially with the senior population. My 92 year old mom that can be difficult at times, states that one of the reasons she goes to the US is to see them.

When I went here, they're were great. But after a few years I hit them up for my medical files and they say of course and send them via mail....so they claim. I've called on 3 occasions and they always tell me they'll mail them. But behold,2 months later still nothing. Thank you for making me have to pay extra since I have no proof of prior diagnoses when I need my medication.

I waited for over an hour and a half to be seen. Once I was finally "seen" I was taken from an exam room into her office where she sat behind a desk and I sat in a chair across from the desk.I may be totally wrong here but don't the examining professionals usually have you sit on an exam table? Anyway I attempted to explain my medical issue from the chair, I was not acknowledged by her in any way during this time. No questions, no visual observation, nothing. I even tried showing her photos of my condition, again she was not engaged with me as her patient or in any capacity for that matter. I left her office after I'd had enough of her behavior with the question, why on earth is this individual in the business of "helping others"??????

I have been a patient here for over 10 years and have zero complaints. Although I usually see 1 Dr, there have been a couple urgent visits where I have seen 2 others once or twice and am comfortable with each of them. Good people here.

Did not feel that the office was understanding of the situation nor listened to my requests, or wants as the patient. I do understand my situation with the full scope of things going on and feel that they were not willing to listen to what I was explaining to them that's an outlier to the norm currently.

This office should be shut down!! If we could give zero stars we would. My husband is prescribed blood pressure meds that he absolutely must take and his physician refused to refill them without an appointment! The biggest issue was they had no available appointments for months out. The ARNP Brandy Rhody should be fired. She was rude, incompetent, condescending, and lacked empathy. I’ve never in my life experienced a doctors office of this caliber. Do not waste your time or money here.

Dr. Joel Biggers, Dr. Elizabeth Biggers and Mr. Justin, are class acts. I've never felt more comfortable with a PCP and I mean that with all three. They all made me feel normal, did not rush me, took my opinion into account and referred me to a specialist that's helped change portions of my life around, for the better. I appreciate this team and although I now live in Hudson, I'll still make this drive (or remote in) vs changing my Doctor.

Was a patient for over 10 years. They used to be great and care about their patients. More and more, I just became a number to them, though. Final straw was when I called a prescription refill. They did not respond to the pharmacy. I called them and they told me I had to come in but with no availability to see me before my prescription ran out, and it’s something I must have. I told them I’d have to switch doctors if they could support me, and they didn’t care. Needless to say I will not be going back there.

Made an appointment with my wife for us to be seen together something we have done many times before and at the last minute they change it and now we can't be seen together. Myself and my family will be finding a new doctor. Wasted my copay but that will be the last dime they get from me or my family.

I must say that Brandi is the best. I am very picky when it comes to GPs but she is on the ball and brilliant. She has helped me with so many issues that others just dismissed. However I do agree with the poor customer service, the receptionist is very brash and seems miserable but honestly I think that is just her personality, I’m sure she is very efficient because she has been there a long time. They have lots of technology available making it easy to bypass the staff by scheduling appointments online, messaging the doctors for RX refills and checking lab results. The take LOTS of insurance which I believe is the underlying issue of the practice. If they were more picky and only took PPO insurance everyone’s life would be much better but they are one of the few in the area that take all insurance by trying to “help” but it ends up backfiring. Sadly insurance companies are who run our healthcare.

My wife fell and broke her foot. The office person would not refer us to another group, and said the earliest appointment would be 3 days out. She should have said what options are available and found a quick resource for her. Honestly. it sounded like a high schooler was answering their phones. It is unacceptable and unprofessional to treat a new patient the way their office treated us, and we will let anyone know what our experience has been..
