This place is not worth Zero Stars... this is by far the worst pharmacy in central Florida... If you're needing a great pharmacy that doesn't lie to you, don't have your meds every month even after going there for over 4years. This place is a joke...

We called 10 minutes before closing not realizing they were closing so soon we really needed a script for our son. Raun the pharmacist was able to fill it in no time and we were on our way. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. It felt very much as if we were being taken care of like their family. 100% recommend this pharmacy for any needs! Thank you Raun!

I think Bill's is a wonderful family pharmacy but it's 5$ to deliver and they won't deliver controllled substances or opioids which I take 2 of, so I may have to return to my old pharmacy because I'm ill and have lupus and sometimes I am just too ill to try to get a ride to pickup and my neighbor who brings me, said after the last time, she's not ever going there again (?)

John, Kim, and their compounding department are amazing. They care and go above and beyond to help their clients. They treat people like family. I have a disabled son and they take care of his medications but they TRULY care about us! They are better than any pharmacy out their. I can’t say enough about the entire staff. Their facility is clean, they are efficient, and if you don’t use them as your pharmacy… you should. Thank you John, Kim, and Bill’s Pharmacy for everything❤️

By FAR the best pharmacy I've ever been to. Very fast , professional, and friendly. Also having your prescriptions delivered for only $5 seems like a great deal.

I am a long time customer of Bills Prescription Center. Probably 10 years. This is a genuine, family owned small business. If you are a regular, they know who you are when you call.They are *extremely busy* - so much so, that I honestly feel for them sometimes - and yet, they do everything really quickly and with a smile.I will never give my business to a chain pharmacy again if possible. If you are one of those people who needs to go to a pharmacy every month, for one reason or another, you cannot put a dollar value on this customer service.I feel very strongly about supporting this pharmacy and their company culture of service and kindness.
