Absolutely amazing experience. Ms. Anna was so welcoming, friendly and gave off genuine kindness. No matter the question she was quick on her feet. If I could leave more stars for this location I'd certainly do so. I bought a new phone from the Boost location on Fletcher being I work in North Tampa. I couldn't stay for them to transfer my info (apps and pictures) being I was on my lunch break. I called back and spoke with the lady that sold me the phone asking if they would do so when I left work at 5pm. She said yes. When I went in a different person was there and she basically told me she wouldn't do it. So... I called the Brandon location and talked to a young lady named Uri, she cheerfully told me to come right on in and she'd gladly help me. She totally went out of her way to not only help me but she spoke to me in a manner to cool me off as I was pretty upset with Boost. To top things off it was her first day with the company. Thank you for restoring my faith with Boost Mobile!

I had a great experience at Boost Mobile thanks to Mariel. She took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the best plan and phone for my budget. Mariel was patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choices before I left the store.

They should fire the girl who answers the phone. I called and she hung up on me twice. She was so rude, she doesn't even let you talk. She told me to hold and after two seconds she hung up.
