BoxLunch is a pop culture retail store and an ultimate destination for all things pop culture gifts and must-have merch. It offers an endless selection of merchandise, collectibles, and accessories from Disney, Marvel, Harry Potter, anime, Loungefly, Barbie, Lord of the Rings, Pokemon, and Sanrio. The store carries items like Funko Pop goodies and Squishmallows. It is considered a cool, nostalgic retail store and one of the rare good stores remaining in its mall. Many customers are loyal and call it one of their favorite stores. The customer service is always amazing, with staff described as incredibly helpful, friendly, and amazing. Staff are always helpful in finding items and they keep up with social media, like Instagram, to inform customers about new products. The store has great product and great quality. While prices are definitely over the average and can be considered too expensive, they have discounts available and specials for people who are part of the email club. The store is highly recommended for superfans and anyone into pop culture, anime, and Sanrio.
I love shopping at this store! It’s way smaller than the on at Wiregrass Mall but still have plenty of cool and cute items to choose from. Nick is always so helpful every time I go there. He’s my go to salesman every time I shop there! ❤️
