I used to enjoy coming here for the hot food and produce, but I won’t be returning. The produce quality has seriously declined—some items were old, and I even saw produce with visible fungus.
The hot food is also inconsistent and poorly prepared. The beans are extremely salty and overloaded with garlic, to the point that they’re unpleasant to eat. Portion sizes vary depending on who’s serving—some workers give reasonable portions while others clearly skimp.
Customer service is another major issue. Most of the staff are rude and unprofessional. I personally saw a female employee cleaning with chemicals and then immediately serving food without changing gloves or washing her hands. When I brought it up, she denied it instead of addressing a serious food safety concern.
The attitude in the hot food area is especially bad. Workers act like they own the place and seem bothered by customers. If you don’t like your job, change it—but don’t take it out on people who are paying.
I’ve spent thousands of dollars here over the years, but that stops today. Very disappointing overall

At the last minute my children decided that they wanted me to cook Thanksgiving dinner. I searched and went to 4 different stores and everyone was completely sold out. My daughter in law told me about Bravos and sure enough they had exactly what I needed for my dinner including the Turkey! Thanks for saving our dinner

Wow I recently moved from N.Y to Tampa last Dec 2025 God only knows how we have like 15 different big supermarkets to shop at but here Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart ughhh this Bravo made us feel right at home the smell of food the music the variety of produce etc put a smile on my wife. We had so many choices within 5 miles but here It's all Publix where you need another bank account just to buy meat. Bravo to Bravo supermarket for making my wife smile 😃

This is the second time this has happened to me. I bought a few things was charged more for an item that was listed for. Keep an eye on what is being charged. There could be other items this happens to.

Staff was rude when I tried to ask a question. I spoke with the manager about the exchange I had with the staff member and he was dismissive without taking a moment to listen.

Bravo is my favorite grocery chain. Meats and produce are affordable and great quality. The cafeteria offers fresh, hot food. It always hits!!!
