Everyone from the front office staff to the dental staff and dentist are friendly, nice, and helpful. I enjoy going to the office for my cleaning and dental work and they provide all information to me up front and no hidden fees.

Called to get my dental records the first time about Two weeks ago weeks ago. the manager Alexa was extremely rude and disrespectful with me, she has an attitude problem. The woman who helped me on the phone was very kind and polite. Extremely disappointed how it was handled the first time very unprofessional.

It was a terrible experience, and unfortunately, it happened the day before my birthday. If you plan to go to Bright Now Dental in Brandon, please be very careful about what they charge you, and never sign anything without fully understanding it first. I filed a complaint the same day because of how badly I was treated.
The front desk staff at this location are dishonest, and one woman in particular (long black hair, round face) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She humiliated me, disrespected me, and even made me cry. I have never seen a dental office where you are required to pay first and then receive a deep cleaning before even being seen by the doctor. Normally, it should be the doctor—based on the X-rays—who decides the appropriate treatment, not the front desk staff.
At this office, however, the women at the front desk act as though they are in charge and make their own decisions about what happens to patients. I strongly suggest keeping a close eye on this location because, if this continues, you will lose customers.

Alexander Marrero-Plasencia,DMD and his staff at the Bright Now Dental office are all did a great job. They listen to all my concerns, and that makes me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend them to my friends. Looking forward to finishing all my dental work.
