Beware that if you for whatever reason need to make a return. They will ask you to open an account, show your bank statement, and have to have the physical card and the process will be no less than 30minutes. And very bad costumer service.

i walked in not knowing what i should buy , i jst knew i wanted a outfit. a little short mexican (evelyn? i think was her name) seen me struggling and she went straight into helping me. she was incredibly sweet and very helpful! :) She has great customer service skills. She went above and beyond to help me . She was able to help me find what I needed and more. She showed me all the different options that the store had of what I was looking for. I walked away with a smile on my face due to her helping me pick out many great outfits and her providing her excellent service ;)

I have spent good money here at buckle. Last night I went to buckle to buy a pair of rock rival jeans. I told the cashier that I’d be paying $52 in cash and whatever my remaining balance was I would pay on my debit card Which was $86 and some change. I received a call today from the store manager Angelique stating that I owed the store $52 due to the mistake. My cashier had made when I was checking out out of the store. I explained to the manager that I paid $52 in cash and whatever I was told I owed I paid on my debit card. She proceeded to tell me that my cashier was new and that she had made a mistake on their end Anyway, I asked for loss prevention’s phone number because apparently they are the ones who made the claim to buckle Brandon. When speaking to buckle loss prevention, I was told that my cashier put on their system $52 Twice and that’s why there till was short. Anytime I have worked in retail or fast food. Whoever is responsible over the two needs to pay whatever goes missing. I was allowed to walk out the store when they had made a mistake not only that their cameras have not been working since the hurricane we had in October. It is very unprofessional to be harassing a customer about a mistake they made on THEIR end. Not only that, but when I refuse to pay the $52 And that I’m not responsible over mistakes they make as a company. Not only did the managers at buckle get snarky, but so did loss prevention. Telling me that how could I afford 200 pair of jeans yesterday but not the $200 jeans today?. Very unprofessional they just lost a very good paying customer due to their negligence and they’re unprofessionalism.

It was a pleasure shopping at this Buckle location. The gentleman and ladies who work at this location were nice and friendly. Taylor she went out of her way to help me to find the right designer clothing that will fit me in height and size wise. I'm a very tall and skinny person so it's hard to find clothes to fit me in designer clothing. I found some Affliction shirts and Rock Revival jeans that I liked and purchased them.
Taylor she was very nice and friendly and made sure I liked my clothing items before I purchased them. It's good to see someone making sure you are happy with the designer clothing item before you purchased that shirt, jeans, hats, socks or etc.
Also they do Military discount like others have stated which is nice to receive when your buying a lot of shirts, jeans, socks and etc.
Taylor if you see this I am very happy with my purchases like I've stated above and thank you for having a conversation with me while I shop it was a blast talking to you. Good luck in your career!
Overall am I happy? YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES!

I went in two years ago to get a pair of shoes I had been wanting so I went into buckle and they absolutely refused to help the one girl who did had an attitude and said just wait here bringing me out a pair that I didn’t want in the incorrect size so I left and didn’t get them..
Fast forward to now I ordered a pair of shoes and some clothes and picked them up because I’d rather order online than go into a store where they have just refused to help me on multiple occasions the shoes included in this order I got on march 12th didn’t even wear the shoes till a week later and they are CRACKED can’t be worn now unless I super glue them back together. I called the store to see if I could just exchange them because I have not worn the shoes anywhere besides work which is an office so not a lot of walking to be done except for the walk from the parking lot to my desk so when I called I thought they would do the right thing. WRONG the manager was very snarky in the background about it and said because they’ve been worn can’t be exchanged and are disqualified from the 60 day return but I didn’t ask about that I asked about 30 day exchange and I was the one sold a faulty item and the best part is the girl I was speaking with asked if I wanted to order a new pair. I would understand had it been my fault or I did something to the shoes but i didn’t and I am not one to write negative reviews ever but this specific store has always been nothing but issues and judgmental along with the customer service is very lacking. To have the entitlement this store has I’m sure if it was one of them with this issue they’d either be crying till they got exchanged or becoming the biggest Karen of them all to get their way so I followed in the managers footsteps and decided to be a Karen about it.

I have literally spent thousands of dollars in this store over the years. I recently bought 2 pairs of jeans. A couple of weeks later I washed one of the pairs after wearing them twice, just to realize that there was material around the crotch area that was very thin and separated, basically creating a hole in the jeans.
I brought them back to the store on Jan 23rd and asked for for an exchange. I was told they do not accept a return after an.Item has been washed. So instead they offered to repair the flawed jeans they sold me.
I waited patiently.
3 weeks later, on Feb 13, I received phone call and was told the seamstress at Buckle will not repair the jeans because they were not washed properly. ??? They were fresh out of the washer/dryer.!!! I was told to pick up the jeans, wash them again, then bring them back again to be repaired.
Instead I will pay Hans Tailor Shop to have them fixed.
All I wanted was a pair of new jeans that doesn't have a hole in the crotch. I guess that's too much to ask...

They are following you around the store. Very uncomfortable. And to top it up, I'm about to check out for $77.13 worth of merchandise. Short 13 cent ,would have to use my card to pay 13 CENT balance .The dude didn't close the deal . Had to cancel.

Sayla was incredibly sweet and veryhelpful! :) She has great customer service skills. She went above and beyond to help me and another customer. She was able to help me find what I needed and more. She showed me all the different options that the store had of what I was looking for. I walked away with a smile on my face due to Sayla being super sweet! I will definitely beback!
