Hello,I would love to give zero ratings for my experience with the lady at the counter. My wife placed an order online for our new born baby clothes from her account as she has account with them. When I went to pickup she asked for my id and she is expecting my wife to come and collect. I explained the situation that my wife can’t come and pickup the order as she just delivered the baby. Woman at the counter refused to hand over the package to me, if we would not have made the payment online I’m pretty sure she should have asked my wife to come and do the payment. She will definitely accept the payment and hand over the goods to me. There is no humanity in this world and once again thanks to the store for proving money is always stays high though we are humans not money.

Fire your employees! Shots are being heard, people are running for shelter. But your employees lock people in laugh and encourage them to go through the front where the shooting happened. This could have ended bad for many people if the shooter kept going.

Always great customer service here. They keep the aisles clean even when they are doing a stock change for the new season of clothing. I love the workers here. They are so kind. They make shopping here enjoyable!

Horrible costumer service. after I stay in a line for more than 5 min,apparently I was in the wrong line. So I have been asked to move in the good line, but to wait again for more than 10 min. I apologize and ask just to not stay anymore in the other line since I already stay in one,and I'm suppose to be the next costumer. Not understandable at all! If I could give -0 stars I would. Manager apparently does not know how to manage!! I wasn't rude at all. I just ask to take me after finish with the costumer in front of me. But she decided to take another costumer that came after me ,but was in the right line. I just have one item to change. And meanwhile I was trying to explain the situation she blew me off.
