We walked into the store to get a couple of clothes not expecting much reached out to an employee name Thies on the floor to grab a dress off the top rack she was so good with us she got the rack off she helped me size it up and it fit perfect and gave me a good lookand we came back to continue to shop and she continued to help with her great servicesI will come back to the store again and hope to see her again

Charlotte Russe is a go to for affordability and deals but today when I went in, sandals marked for $10 when you buy 2 or more wasn’t given at register. I first asked about the deal for buy one get one 1/2 off which wasn’t given at the register either when I asked about the price to see if it was that it was select styles or not she goes yes then proceeds to answer a phone call (on her phone not the stores). There is 3 signs above all the sandals on the wall that state $10 when you buy 2 or more no mention of select styles. There is also signs that address buy one get 50%, she gave me the buy one get one 50% and my total was $29. It should’ve been more like $16 if I was given the deals by which are posted which makes me overcharged by $13. This is false advertisement at its finest. I work retail so if you have it posted under signs (3) then you need to adjust the price and take the signs down. I will be contacting the store first to see if they want to have me come back in and if not I’ll be calling HR because when I went over to double check he signs I was overlooked by the girl at register with a nasty look and attitude. I eventually just left with my items because I was confused, frustrated and felt unwanted in the store.

1 register was opened
My family and I were directed to the start of a line. After about 5-8 minitue wait a male associate brings another guest to a 2nd register and proceeds to ring them up when we ask did he not see us in line he proceeds to say he will ring us after. ( poor service) Another assoc intervenes and opens a 3rd register. Tell me you dont want my business without telling me you no longer want my business. (BRANDON MALL)

Great store (I work here and I am also the Liliana you will see in some comments) only like 2-3 workers are actually nice/helpfull and try their best to keep everything looking neat and presentable. However, there’s A LOT of missed communication between employers and employees. These are some of the items I’ve gotten from there ;)

Great experience! I'm going on vacation soon and was getting a few outfits and Kiara was amazing at helping me out and even got me a different size when I went to the dressing room! The store was clean and easy to shop as well!

Me and my wife went to this store for the first time and the ladies that worked over there were very helpful and attentive. Definitely I would recommend this store to anyone looking for great clothes and great service
