Went in to deposit a check, I was with my kids. My son has his shirt tucked in his front pants and he untucked his shirt. I gave him the check to hand to the teller. I don’t know what possessed Meli at the teller to think it was so disgusting that my son had his hands untucking his pant, so disgusting she had to get rubber gloves like my son has some disease that cash money doesn’t carry. Uncomfortable. Thanks for the deposit.

Came in from out of state today. The teller Cecelia that helped me this morning was excellent. Prime example of an invested employee above and beyond customer service.

There’s no electricity in the city because of hurricane milton. I drove all the way out here to put my money in my account early so I could find shelter for the my family. The machine sent me an error receipt. I will have to wait 2 business days to have access to my 2 thousand dollars. My home still has no power so I’m wondering where my family will sleep tonight since I also have no access to my funds. I cried outside the atm. Luckily I have credit cards but I will be canceling my account with chase bank account as SOOON as they decide to release my funds.
I’ve never been so disappointed. Absolutely horrible

I have multiple accounts with chase, mortgage, and business account. They still continue to charge me fees for everything regardless of the banking relationship we have. I would not recommend opening an account with them at all as everything seems to be about money, ironically.

Honestly the worst experience at a Chase I have every had. Vladimyr Saint Joas is extremely unprofessional. The manager of this branch is doing a horrible job in the customer experience department.

Got no help sat there for a whole hour, low and behold a lady comes in after me no appointment no nothing and she takes them bc they white. The chase in Brandon fl prejudice and they act funny toward black people mean while I just came from Tallahassee cashing in my lottery ticket and wanted to put money in there bank but because of my looks I'm guessing I wasn't served cool
