I came to retrieve money out of my bank, checking account, and my hands got a little bit dirty from putting my hands in the counter I ask the cashier to allow me to their bathroom and she says the two bathroom we have they are not for public. I called the Manager And asked her why there’s no bathroom for public and I told her I am not a public. I am a customer that says the left bathroom doesn’t work, then I offered my Plumbing services and she says I could have $1 million in the bank she wasn’t gonna allow me to use the bathroom with a smile in her face. It just didn’t make sense to me what she says to me sound so arrogant there’s no customer service in a simple question she came back hard all I needed was to clean my hands. I told her oh my God I had just bad experience not just at the customer service. They made me feel like I was nothing.

If I could give this Chase branch a zero star I would. Not welcoming at all. After waiting there for 10 minutes the female teller came over to ask what we needed. She was very unpleasant and bothered. We needed to open an account but obviously they were not interested in our business. She went to ask and after gossiping with this other female about their other co-worker she declined to say she was busy. Not a good experience at all.

By far the most rude and unfriendly staff. They don’t care about their customers all they care about is what time they get off the clock and they’re not willing to help anybody unless you have an appointment I witnessed a very distraught young lady who needed assistance, and they turned her away because all the cared about was going home and they still have another 45 minutes before they’re off the clock.

Bank teller are very rude. The security guy is also very rude. They withhold your deposits for no reason. You can not cash check here if you do It may take 7 days to receive your funds. Bank employees do not care about customers. Worst bank ever do not recommend.

Some dude today wouldn’t let my autistic five year old. Use the bathroom they got number codes on the door thinking that we’re going to steal toilet paper. I waited patiently for him to be finished with the customer. He was serving and was acting nonchalant like I wasn’t even there I’ve been a long time Chase customer for over nine years now. And the teller guy gave me some made up thing about access to a bathroom… completely unprofessional and very poor customer service, the guy was Irish looking with glasses and red hair who turned down a autistic child from using a bathroom.

I go in and told they couldn’t do anything for me despite multiple bankers not doing anything. All I needed done was for them to scan my drivers license to verify I’m me (which is ridiculous in and of itself) given I already have a prior relationship with the bank. The manager just said tough luck.How about you help me?

If I could I’d give this place no stars. It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get ANYONE to answer the phone at the actual branch sites and this is at MULTIPLE Chase locations, not just Brandon. When I finally had had enough I decided to go on the website and get ahold of their customer service support number she was completely useless and couldn’t give me any concrete information and told me I needed to schedule an appointment for something as simple as a voided check that could me emailed. I could walk in sure, but there’s “no guarantee I’d be seen without an appointment” which the EARLIEST appointment date is NEXT Monday for something they don’t even have as an option on their appointment applications. This company is absolute garbage.

They have the worse customer service, don’t care for the client, open the bank late. I have been there a couple of time and there is never enough staff to attend to all the costumers. No appointment, they don’t care at all

I've been a chase customer for years and just took in my savings bonds to be cashed. I have seen on there website that you can walk in and do this at any time. I was greeted by the teller who told me "it takes a long time" to do the process and that we would need to come back another time. Mind you, we came on a Saturday because we work during their normal hours. The complete and utter laziness of this teller to not accommodate our needs as a customer is completely unacceptable. And when you try to call someone to make an appointment or make a complaint, no one's there to answer the phone.

Banking by definition consists of bankers opening deposit accounts, assisting customers in creating savings through time deposit accounts and teller activities such as cashing checks and providing coin. This location falls short on all of these simple bench marks. So sad. Nothing more than an ATM.

Paola is the best!!! She patiently helped us with an account issue. Her personality shines through and she is very knowledgeable. She showed us things we didn’t know about our account. She even waited on hold with us over an hour to make sure our issue was taken care of correctly. Truly the best customer service by far! Give this woman a raise and the kudos she deserves!!!

Drive thru ATMs are never working!...Being that I am self employed and I am unable to have direct deposit. I get charged $12 per account and $15 per business account. My annual fees are $648. I will be leaving this bank, to a bank that accommodates self employed businesses.

I use this bank daily for my job. And this is also my local branch for personal use. This facility is great and the customer service is also great. Chase has great customer service and it is clear to me that the staff here cares about their customers. Every single one of the regular employees has been nothing but kind and awesome to me and my entire team. (These negative reviews are all people who didn't get their way and I can tell you for a fact that the lady mentioned in the negative review is the queen bee there and knows exactly what she is doing). A little kindness goes a long way. If you're nice to your bankers they will do everything in their power to make sure you have a good visit. Thanks for being awesome chase bank, Lam, and team!
