This place has always been a favorite gas station when I am in the brandon area. Much better than the 7/11 down the road. Never had any issues here. Great staff and they are always helpful. Especially the night time guys and the second shift young guy. Clean parking lot.

So today at 1050am Karen was absolutely no help to me nor my fiance when their card machine wasn't working properly. She stode there with a blank look on her face and said nothing. This store really needs to get better helping staff

I went for coffee this morning and the coffee maker was running slow, so I switched to the second one and notice that one was working fine. I called the lady over behind the counter to explain its running slow. Yall need to place a sign on it, oh no we Know and our customers know so we keep it open. I dont know, this was suppose to be a quick run. Then I checked out with my coffee she told me to have a good day I said nothing back. She gave me a slick comment and said your welcome. I told her I don't owe her a response just like she didn't give me a response while I'm struggling to make coffee and the staff knowing the crappy coffee maker don't work. I told her you get what you give out. I don't owe and thank you, your welcome or nothing with that shitty service..

The female employee was so engaged in her conversation with her coworker that she could barely pay attention to customers. I already had ice and water in my cup and all I did was get a little bit of ice to top it off. Then I walked out of the store. As I began to fill up at their gas pump the female cashier came out of the store to tell me that I had to pay for the ice. How did she let me get out of the store? Why wasn’t she paying attention? Where was the sign that said you have to pay $.50 even if you have your own cup? I did not feel like a Valued customer. So I dumped the whole cup back into their fountain. Now you lost a customer and we wasted ice. And I will just go to Wawa and still get it for free. And I will not be back.

Tells you that they have no working bathroom regardless if you’re paying for gas or not. Employee says that they aren’t allowed to use the bathroom either. Not only is this inconvenient, but I can’t imagine working in a place where I can’t actually relieve myself.

The workers there are very rude. They sit there and yell at you and when you're asking them a question? It seems like they don't do nothing there. All they do is sit behind thing. They're unprofessional. They wear uniforms. Manager has poor management skills. This place needs to be shut down immediately and reopen with people with respect

Customer Satisfaction is of no concern to staff Outside the store cigarettes are advertised $3.77 on sale with 3 or more packs purchased. There is no purchase limit disclosed. Asked to be sold 10 individual packs essentially same as carton (10). Attendant with black mustache LIED saying \\\"we don't have 10 packs\\\" when the other clerk confirmed they do have 10 packs on display he didn't like being caught in a lie. When i asked to buy 2 cartons he said they can't be sold individually, but when asked when the shelf needs to be restocked do they open cartons to refill the display he answered yes they do. When asked if he was the manager he said no, but then LIED again later intervening saying he \\\"can speak for the manager\\\" He LIED again saying he's harrassed because he's being asked logical questions that he can't seem to respond to sensibly. Customers are rightfully entitled to ask questions and seek clarification. He said he refused to sell the cigarettes individually. This is highly inappropriate to refused to honor the advertised price. Will be contacting corporate for satisfaction.

Just went into the store at 7pm and Chad was working!! The first thing I noticed was how clean and put together the store was. I smelled bleach and cleaning products which is awesome!!When we checked out I asked if he was the manager and he said no ma’am. I let him know that out of all the circle K we go to this one by far was the nicest ever. He was so nice and smiled even before the comment.You have an amazing employee that takes care and has pride in his work!!Way to go Chad!!!???

Went in at 930 tonight before going to work and the cashier was extremely nice and helpful changed my mood for work just by being so nice great service only down fall don't expect EBT yet ?
