I used to love Costco and have been a member for 15+ years, have 2 business accounts that probably spend $40k a year combined and use them for business credit card processing which they have processed $1,000,000+ in the past 4 years…. Well up until today thanks to the terrible customer service at the tire department. I am headed away on a business road trip tomorrow morning and had a leaking tire today, called at 2:40 and made an appointment for 7PM tonight with David. I have a brand new Rivian truck which got a flat and had no spare tire so I was forced put a plug in it or get it towed which I clearly stated multiple times to David. David asked a few questions and said no problem as long as I didn’t use fix a flat it’s no problem and they can take care of me. Also David called back at 4PM to confirm my appointment and I mentioned the plug again, he then asked if my tire was a run flat and also asked if I had foam inside, he said no problem. I drove 40 minutes and was early for my appointment, stood at the desk for 10 minutes then someone yelled out I’ll be right with you. A different David wrote up the ticket, checked my membership and explained that he had the “pucks” my truck requires to lift it properly which they just got in a couple of days ago. I mentioned that the tire had a plug and he said he had to check something then disappeared, he sent someone else over to tell me that they could not patch it since I plugged it. I was angry and asked for a manager who came over and said he would run it by the head management and see if they would do it. Five minutes went by then he came back and said the GM said no. At that point and time I was completely screwed since I had to leave the following morning for a business meeting in Miami, where the hell am I going to get a tire patched at 7:30PM? I was in utter disbelief how unsympathetic the management was, he mentioned David shouldn’t have told me what he did and that David was going to get a talking to about it. “I’m sorry for the inconvenience would have been nice” but I don’t recall hearing any of that. Sure we’ll get you taken care of…… You certainly did not take care of me aside from wasting 2 hours of my life and screwing me over royally. I know Costco will go on without my business but I just won’t patronize them after this terrible customer service, there are plenty of other options out there and I will make it a point not to patronize them from this point on.

Tire prices and installation is decent however I give 2 stars for their customer service. Almost every time you step into the tire shop there is always a delay

Avoid. Go to your local tire shop for better customer service, better prices, better wait times. An hour to change 2 tires?? Get real. This place will lie to you and try to upsell you tires you don't need.

I love Costco, but hate their tire center. Every single employee acts like their dog and their grandfather just died and you (the customer) are the worst inconvenience in the world. I can't tell you how many times I've been there with multiple vehicles where they find a reason to say "no" to providing a repair.

Beyond amazing. Great experience! I was late for my appointment and Christian was able to still accommodate me which was totally unexpected. I would have been happy with a reschedule but they went above and beyond. Highly recommend Costco tire! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy tires ever again.

Great experience here always. The guys are professional and do good work. Highly recommend getting your tires here as they offer a great warranty and free tire rotations.

Costco Tire Center did everything right: read the doorframe label for the factory tire size, brushed the inside of the aluminum rims so the tires seal, installed the tires, all within 1 hour. Excellent job!

Was having some emergency problems with my car and Ashley helped me out as soon as I came into the Tire Center. Super resourceful, friendly, and efficient in what she does. Highly recommend coming here if you have car troubles!

Prices are good, but comically understaffed. 20 minute wait standing in line to pickup or dropoff. Incredibly frustrating every single time.

Thos tire center needs.more personnel. It takes a very long time for the phone to be answered and a very long time to get assistance at the desk.

Just purchased 4 new tires, good price and worked me in the following morning to install them. The staff was great.

They fix the flat tire when it can be fixed rather than forcing you to buy a new tire. Two of the instances they fixed the flat tire when the other Tire stores suggested it can't be fixed and I need to buy a new tire. In addition, make use of the tire rotation and tire balance when you buy the tire from the Costco.
