So this is the second time I have been here and gotten amazing help. Both times either Priscilla or Koraly have helped me. Like they literally have gone above and beyond. I told my mom to come here from another state, because they know their stuff. A lot of Cricket stores seem oblivious, but not this one . Come here and let them help you. You will leave better than you came and not frustrated

someone needs to give Priscilla a raise for real! my gf broke her phone and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. She answered all our questions, made the whole process super easy, and was a genuinely kind person throughout the entire process

My wife's grandfather went here with a newer Motorola phone that I reformatted and set up for him, after someone stole his phone. He went to this store and instead of giving him a SIM card they told him he needed a new phone. I owned the phone outright and it was working as my phone that day before I removed my SIM and formatted the phone for him. What kind of store doesn't have a working number? The alternate number only has an answering machine for them to call you back. These guys should be ashamed of taking advantage of an elderly person. I would go anywhere else but here.

We went there expecting it to be busy and for us to take a long time to get what we needed done, but Tae (the manager) literally got us in and out within 15 minutes with absolutely no issues or delays. He was very interactive, loved his energy, and knew exactly what he was talking about.
