Expect customer to place the shoes on the rack when it suppose to be their jobs. They don’t even help me to take the shoes down for me to try on when shoes display is up high but they expect me to place it back on the rack or give it to the employees after try out instead of leaving it on the shelf floor.

Excellent customer interaction. Came through the store on 4th of July and the two young ladies working there and a young man were all be try delightful. Speaking with customers in a friendly and pleasant manner, helping customers put jibbitz on their crocs, and creates an upbeat pleasant air. It was my first time at a croc store and the staff were patient, telling us about the 4th of July sales going on and when my mom asked one of the ladies working the price of the jibbitz in her clear basket, she pointed to every single on naming the price from memory. she knew her merchandise. Excellent job!

I want to give a huge thank you and shoutout to Kamile here. We bought Crocs from the outlet mall in Orlando as gifts for family. None of the Crocs fit so we took them back to try and exchange them. The Orlando outlet mall refused to help us. Kamile here at the Brandon location not only helped us exchange the Crocs, but the deals here were better than the outlet. So much better that my wife and I were able to get Crocs for ourselves too! We have no reason to go to the outlet anymore. Y’all scored new customers, thank you!

I had such a great experience with Franchy while purchasing Crocs for my niece and nephew. She was incredibly helpful and picked out the best charms for me, the kids absolutely loved them! Her attention to detail and friendly service made the shopping trip even better. She’s Amazing and I Highly recommend this store for your next purchase!

The first time associates were nice and helpful. But the second time when I went to return shoes cashier was unfriendly and kind of with attitude. They accepted my return, but why so much attitude? Felt like it was because of my accent, like they thought I would not get their negative vibe. Cmon ?

Stopped in today and met 3 of the nicest employees I’ve ever talked to at any store. Madison especially was a stand out, so sweet and personable! I only owned one pair before I walked in, and I walked out with a pair for me and two for friends!

I am HUGE fan of crocs and spend over hundreds a year purchasing Crocs from this location . However there is a store manager in particular, I believe his name is David he always racially profile myself and my family anytime we are in store. My husband is a healthcare worker who qualifies for the discount he will be in his work uniform and provide his work ID an it’s always an issue. We’ve never had any issues with this store if this particular manager isn’t here. He just stares at customer especially people of color, and makes you feel extremely comfortable. He never offers to help you if you need assistance , and has the other associates do all the work while he stands watch as if they are in the military!
