If you have a pick up order you still have to go through the line at the cashier and it takes forever. Already 20 minutes standing here because there’s a single cashier for everyone. What’s the point of a pickup order then?

The head pharmacist here {Indian male} is an absolute racist! Every time i go here he looks at me like i am trying to rob the place and has the worst attitude towards me. I am just there trying to fill my scripts like everyone else and i feel very unwelcomed and unwanted as a customer. If the other CVS wasnt so far i wouldnt dare come here! The rest of the staff is very nice. Just this guy is terrible

Unorganized store, boxes and items were blocking certain isles. Manager was unfriendly and did not greet or help waiting customers at the checkout line when the checkout clerk momentarily stepped away.

Can’t believe all the bad reviews. Never had an issue with this CVS. Whenever I place my order online they always complete it in a timely manner. The staff are great and easy accommodates your needs. This is my favorite CVS. Has the best deals.

I was shocked to see the rating for this CVS. This is one of my favorites. I will drive out of my way to come to this location. They are well stocked with products and the staff is always willing to help. My whole family uses the pharmacy and have been for over 15 years. They have always been helpful and informative to our questions.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this company. Every time I’ve tried to reach out for assistance, there is never anyone available to help. It’s nearly impossible to get a response or any form of support, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I will be reporting this issue to the appropriate authorities, as no customer should have to deal with such poor service. Completely unprofessional!

Why is it so hard to get in contact with the pharmacy for a refill, it’s kinda crazy that I have to rely on this store for important medicine but every time I call it’s a automated system that hangs up because it either glitches or doesn’t understand when I’m speaking clearly as I can. I’m gonna look for another pharmacy where I can actually speak to a human to get the medicine I desperately need

They are very professional, pleasant, they help you find the medication you need and they serve you super quickly. They also notify you via SMS when your medications are ready

I came in the store today and I was having a really bad day!!! Gustavo helped me as he realized I looked really lost and down and changed my mood around. He even helped me bring up my rewards and showed me how to use them! Need more people like him!!! Genuinely the worst cvs I’ve ever been to, both people at the counter didn’t wanna ring me up and bickered about who was gonna check me out. I was informed that I placed my photos in the wrong envelope and the guy “working” the cash register tossed a different envelope at me after I already sealed the first one. The way these people talk sucks.
