I'm writing this review today about a associate name Dustin I just want to commend you the outstanding way that you handled yourself with a very rude customer. this customer was all in your personal and it seemed to be no matter how you explain he was not going to listen to anything a very good job at explaining it and why it didn't work you were very apologetic great job at composing yourself just want to give you a shout out very hard to find good customer service and a person who can hold their composure in any situation hi-5 to you dustin.

Dennis in the Golf Center is truly great and extremely nice and helpful.My son and I recently scheduled a fitting and we had a really nice experience. I recommend Dennis for a fitting and for general club repair.He is a good friend to have for any golfer, or parent of a golfer.Thank you!

Just had a pleasant interaction with a Josh that works here. I saw online that they had a Florida State jacket that I wanted to get so I came to the store. When I went in there, the very nice gentleman that helped me tried and tried and tried to find me the jacket i saw online . Unfortunately, we were not able to locate it.However, I want to say thank you very much because he himself is a diehard Florida gators fan.Very friendly staff here.PS. He was able to help me find me a nice looking FSU jacket for the same price.

Very good experience, Dennis Doherty went above and beyond. Despite the fact he had three customers he was dealing with all by himself he somehow made us all feel important, as if I was his only customer at the time. Will definitely e back to Dennis for any of my Golf needs. Picked up this sweet Scotty Cameron putter that I have wanted for years. It was also time for a new bag for my next set. Awesome day!

Couldnt get employees to help with shoes. Waited 20mins to get one pair. Guy disappeared. Had to hunt him down to return item that didnt fit. Would have asked for other options but i didnt have another hour to try on shoes. Poor staff attention and customer service. Wont be back

Employee Larry walked in on my minor daughter while she was in the fitting room. He didn’t knock before using his key to open the door. He didn’t even apologize, he blamed her for not changing the dial on the door from ‘vacant’ to ‘occupied.’ BTW, the dial was broken!! Manager apologized, but I will never trust this store again. Larry should not be trusted with the keys to the fitting rooms!

I don’t know about the rest of the world but when I go shopping at DICK’S, I love seeing a mound of pills. Way to just leave them out for the taking. You’re lucky some kid didn’t grab them.

Kids working there in the golf shop as well as the manager have no respect for customer’s time. I was about to spend $1400 on three golf clubs when the young man helping me suddenly asked me to wait to help someone else. I patiently waited about 5 minutes and then said “can we finish this?” Then the kid just walked away. I found the manager of the store and told him, and he also didn’t seem to care. I left. They lost a $1400 sale. I wonder what an owner of the store chain thinks about losing sales this way.

Place had a couple of helpful folks who helped me buy some shoe laces. On the whole though, I'm not a sporty guy, so didn't pay much attention to the place.

What an awesome experience to shop here. I have a DicksSportingGoods 15 minutes from my house but instead drove an hour and 10 minutes to Brandon and well worth it. Josh (the manager) was awesome.
