Open 24 hours. Very huge and I mean HUGE machines, had to ask how much more can I put she replied more I can put in comforters pillows and even my mattress topper. I couldn't believe it. I tried other places but this one is best and they also have deals certain days and times.

Owner is very, very hot headed, hears but doesn't listen, he sides first then starts in on you, that's certainly not good business sense. Matter of fact he said other person was long time customer, well I've been going there many, many a year. He didn't even want to listen/hear my side. He should "listen" both sides, don't judge, keep your business sense about you. Due to location it does stay busy. A woman who accused me of untruths of wrong doing called owner to come down, she acted like she owned the place, matter of fact she screamed she knew owner. Her & her girlfriend screamed they are gay "like who the heck cares they are gay". After owner got there she had a 45 minute conversation with him which helped us overhear some of owners true self. He approached me first upon his arrival & he smelt just terrible, verbally abused me, literally got up in my face which was too close for comfort. I backed up but he came closer, he doesn't know how to talk to folk just badger. She even came up behind him with giving me evil look & mouthed her lips & what she mouthed don't know, when told him she was behind him doing this he just kept verbally abusing me & accused me of things I never said or did with anyone. We where ready to call police as my safety was threatened. We will never ever step foot in this place again, there are many, many other places to go to which are cleaner, better clientele & no prejudice & not that much further away. Stay away from this place, also street people sleep in there as it's open 24/7 & in town where many of them walk & lay about sadly. Usually don't go during afternoon which maybe was the mistake, usually go in evening as it gets hot in this place & different clientele there then we noticed. Please take heed for your safety. There are much, much nicer laundromats closeby & have used them before but just was near this one at the moment. Later we spoke with some folks we know about this place & learned they have had negative issues there as well, so their reputation is getting know.
As our family are in law enforcement (US Marshall, Police, Homeland Security, FBI, Military Police) they warn against posting your true name out there, so develop a name for a particular site usage. It can become dangerous with more hot heads coming about in this world. I also inquired about other folks comments & thoughts so he needs improvement. Please be extra careful.

There are not enough baskets to get your clean clothes out of the washer to put into the dryer I had pull them out and hand place the in the Dryer and some dropped on the floor unacceptable

Washing machines smelled musty and dryers took much more time than usual to only damp dry. Nothing ever got totally dry even with repeated time added. Bathroom was dirty and repeatedly used by non-customers.

First thing that this place just have a new machines and for that reason should be really good. Guess what? Hell no drier number 10,12, up and bottom I put money thinking it’s going to work but not. Take my money. Another issue car basket so you can transfer your clothes ain’t enough, and people use them and think they own it. I don’t recommend it to no one.thanks. Just saw your response but basically you are going to keep the money I put into the machine and by the way it’s a first time I know that you have to pay $1.50 to use a drier machine. You can keep taking people money like that. I’m saying this because there was at least one person that told me that the machine took the money.

The owners keep it very clean & I'm glad that they do a good job there!! I bring in our blankets in from time to time to get them washed & dry here!
