I love Dunkin Coffee and our kiddo loves donuts and donut holes from here. I would love it even more if their coffee was consistent. It seems one time I go and it's not sweet enough and the next time I go it's too much milk/creamer. I don't know how to fix this issue as I've been told that it's auto measured out by the system. But it certainly seems that something is off if I never get the same thing twice even though my order is always Iced Caramel Macchiato. (To be fair this is an issue I have at ever Dunkin not just this one, but this one is my "home" store).

Today my wife placed an online order for 2 drinks. When I got there I noticed a line in the drive thru so I decided to get down. I go in there and wait by the pick up area. While I’m there there’s a customer waiting for her order and another one waiting to be attended by the cash register. I’m totally understanding of rushes since I used to do fast food also. At one point one of the workers makes eye contact with me but doesn’t say anything. The same worker then starts eating in the drive thru window are with another worker. Now I’m slowly growing impatient. They’ve noticed me waiting in the pick up area and still have not said anything to me. The manager then walks to the front, notices people waiting to be attended in the lobby, and then decides to hide in the back. All the while the two workers by the drive thru window are eating. At this point I say, “excuse me, I placed an order on the app.” Lo AND BEHOLD…. My order was chilling the whole time on the counter by the drive thru window. The cold foam on one of the drinks had begun to disappear from how long the order was on the counter.I told my wife about the experience and she decided to call the store. Spoke to the manager and told her about the workers eating by the drive thru window. She began to question my wife to see if the location she was calling was the correct one. Which yes it was. Then she tells my wife that I was lying!! That she had been watching the cameras for over 20 minutes and that her workers were doing what they were supposed to be doing.What surprised me is the fact that she said she was watching film for over 20 minutes. If she was really doing so, she would’ve noticed to customers in the lobby waiting to be attended. So what that tells me is that you’re sitting in the back and have no sense of urgency. You see customers waiting and don’t take action to clear the lobby. Poor management skills. I went ahead and contacted corporate because this was a silly experience that could’ve been avoided if people cared about their jobs.

We live closer to this dunkin but would rather drive further to the one in Valrico because this store is the WORST. They never have my order right, or ready and then on days like today when my order was actually ready, the drive thru was very long and since I placed my order online I told my husband to just go inside and grab instead of waiting in the line. He said that the employees were eating at drive thru. So I called the dunkin and spoke to the manager and she said she has been watching the camera for over 20min… She said he was lying. My husband is not a liar, and not confrontational. And if your drive thru is backed up and there’s people in your lobby, why are you sitting watching the camera and not getting up to help?? who is the liar. So we called corporate and I tried to contact the store again so I can get the managers name and now the store won’t pick up my calls. I called the store while my husband was on the phone with corporate so they can hear for themselves how the store is blatantly ignoring my calls. Stay away from this dunkin unless you NEED coffee, otherwise drive the extra 3 min and get served at the Valrico location or even the lumsden one

So My Order Was Wrong as 1/3rd of the time it is ordering from Dunkin so I didn't drink it or exchange it since the worker seems like an anxious mess working the drive thru, but that's not the worst of itThere was a leak in the cup I had so after having it sit in my car for an hour & half till I got home to pour it out my cup holders were drenched in coffee & dripped over my seats since again, I didn't know there was a leak free of charge now with the coffee Ridiculous; absolutely ridiculousJust save y'all money and make coffee at home or better yet drop it since this is all sweetened poison with these companies...

This is my GO-TO Dunkin. I pass 2 other locations, 1 around the corner from my house to this store. Bridgette in the EXPRESS lane is fabulous. The other lane is always ? too. ? my coffee is always made exactly as I specify and delicious ?

They kept making my drink wrong staff is very disrespectful. But what made my experience worst by all is there disrespectful manager Christine she indulges right in with the disrespect definitely will be making a call to corporate about my experience here.
