I don't even own a Cadillac, however this dealer went above and beyond for me when the transmission went out in my 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. I was unable to get an appointment at any Chevy dealer in the area, however Ed Morse was able to get my car in, set me up with a rental and get the transmission replaced for me under warranty. Heidi the service advisor was amazing and kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle.

My husband and I went in to look (and hopefully) purchase a 2019 Cadillac XT5. Upon reviewing the car, we were excited it was going to be a perfect fit!! We sat down and finagled the numbers and was given the dealerships word that the car would be held for us for 24 hours as we had to take a car back to CarMax. After finalizing things with Carmax, we called about the car a few hours later only to be told it was sold!!!!!! Our salesperson told us they tried to call and because we didn't answer they sold it out from under us for no reason at all. Talk about being unprofessional and shady!! We had the word of the manager he would hold it. Never will I give that dealership a penny of my money and I will make it my mission to tell everyone what a dishonest, deceptive and deceitful dealership this is!!

My Sales Associate Randall has provided me with world class service since I initially came in to test drive the Cadillac Lyriq.While I was initially an online order, Randall has been responsive whenever I would check in on the status of my order. He even offered alternative options when I expressed the urgency of my need for a vehicle sooner rather than later.I ended up upgrading my selection to from a Luxury I to a Sport that was on the lot and I am so pleased with my purchase.Randall walked me through the process with ease and has always been available to assist even when I needed to leave my car to charge at the lot while I was waiting for my in home installation.The finance team was also a delight to work with. They made sure to explain all my options and informed me of additional upgrades to help me maintain my car even after leaving the lot.What a professional team over

Absolutely Horrible service. After calling the service department for 5 days straight and being told that a service coordinator would return my call I gave up. The department is run by Carlos who seems to be just as inept as the employees that he hires to coordinate service. Their entire M.O. is to get your vehicle in the shop so that they can sell you on services you don’t need to pad their pockets. If you value Good Customer Service and your hard earned money, by no means should you patronize this dealership. They are a disgrace to the Cadillac name/brand.

UPDATE:I am editing my original post due to the excellent and superb customer service I have received from Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon.I did have a big issue with a lease contract on a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq where the terms were misrepresented. I did complain to the dealership, and the GSM Tom Kanaley reached out immediately. The situation has been handled to the best of my and my wife's satisfaction. He was very courteous, professional and respectful and I couldn't be more grateful for how the mishap was handled and the contract situation was remedied.Just due to the exceptional customer service, this is a 5/5 dealership that I would absolutely recommend for everyone to purchase their new cadillac from.UPDATE:Promptly after posting this review, I was contacted by Tom Kanaley, the GSM, who listened to my story and what happened and was very apologetic about the experience. He has been working diligently in attempting to resolve the situation to my best and my wife's best satisfaction.Also Austin who was our salesman has been an incredible contact and has provided us with nothing but stellar experience.Waiting on a few things to be finalized so I wanted to update this review and I will be updating it again after the situation is fully taken of. But so far I am very please and satisfied with the upper management at the dealership and how they're striving to get us completely satisfied and happy with our new car.INITIAL POST:Leased a brand new 2024 cadillac lyriq where a part of the contract that did not affect the lease monthly payment was misinterpreted and due to a big misunderstanding, my wife and I were very dissatisfied with the entire experience. This situation has been remedied to the best of our satisfaction per my above updates.

I purchased a Tesla three years ago because I was looking for an EV. When Cadillac launched the Lyriq, I was sure I would move back to Cadillac, not only because I have had impeccable service at your dealership, but I have always loved the Cadillac. Randall is the best salesman I know, and I will always come back to Ed Morse.

I bought a used car from Ed Morse Cadillac in Brandon. They gave me a great deal and the car looked like new because it was cleaned and detailed so well. It did not have a second key. but Jacques Baron went out of his way to get me one. Thanks for caring and making your customer happy. Where do I begin to tell my fellow retirees of Florida about the many add ons to the list price of a Brand new 2024 Cadillac. Of course some are legitimate, taxes 7% on the first $5000.00, 6% on the remaining balance, tag transfer with my tag$75/ 100.00. and maybe a doc stamp on a lien?So here comes the add ons : Appearance package $2995.00 What in the world is this? I thought it was a brand new vehicle?Taxable Fees (Estimated) $304.25 ?Dealer service fee $999.00 it's a new vehicle why would it need to be serviced, wasn't that done at the Factory?And of course Non Tax Fees $731.10 ? Could someone please explain to me this add on?Now I must admit that the sales people were very helpful and pleasant. It's to bad we couldn't work together on a deal.

They took my ATS in, were straight forward with everything. Worked with my warranty company and got it fixed quick. Heidy was amazing. I should have bought my Cadillac from them. Super happy. Thank you Ed Morse !!!

Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon provided an Exceptional dealership ExperienceI recently had the pleasure of purchasing a brand new Cadillac Lyriq from this dealer, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The Lyriq is under extremely high demand and getting one on time is almost imposible, but that was no challenge for William Barrel (Salesman) and Tom Kanaley (Manager). They got me in queue with a GM order number from day one! (something that other dealers struggle to do, I actually had to claim a reimbursement from another dealer because they had me waiting for more than a month just to get me a order number). While waiting for the final production date, William and Tom were actively on top of Lyriq inventory, and as soon as one came available, they reach out and offered it to me. I was lucky enough to get my Lyriq withing a month! Very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and outstanding customer service displayed by the entire team.Furthermore, the dealership's facilities were clean, well-organized, and inviting. What truly set this dealership apart, however, was the exceptional level of customer service I received. Every member of the team, from the sales representatives to the finance department, treated me with the utmost respect, courtesy, and professionalism. They took the time to understand my budget and financial needs, working diligently to find the best financing options available to me. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and transparent.I will definitely return in the future when I am in the market for another vehicle.

Walked in to buy a CT6 (I believe that's what's it's called, the hybrid). I was looking for something to replace my Mercedes S550 (but wanted to get away from gasoline), that I had just sold, and the guy wouldn't let me test drive it. I was disappointed at best as I wanted to purchase/own within 72 hours (I did not tell the rep this, but it shouldn't have mattered). Within, 24hours I had purchased a Model S Tesla ( however I had to wait 4 days you get it, which I was trying to avoid). I've had the Tesla for four years.. Love it.. But I'm giving it to my daughter... Let's see how my next trip to Ed Morse goes.

I have never had any dealings with Ed Morse Cadillac before my wife and I were going in to assist my mother-in-law in buying a car and we ended up buying a new car for my wife as well.
