I was looking for someone to wash & blow dry my natural hair because I didnāt have the patience to do it. I called & they were able to get me in the same day. The stylist name is Ashlie. She was very sweet, kind, professional, & made sure I was comfortable. Being in the suite gives it more of an intimate feeling rather than being surrounded by a lot of people. Did I mention they got me in last minute on the weekend? I love it here & will be visiting again.

Did not receive good service here. She even texted me and said "Karma" after I left a review on google. I Left feeling and looking worse than I arrived. She cut all of my hair off without consulting me. At least 6 inches of my hair is gone. It took me over 3 years to get my hair to the length it was. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she just started cutting my hair. The only question she asked was below or above the shoulders. I answered below and my hair is 100% above my shoulders. When I straighten my hair it still does not touch my shoulders. I specifically stated that I wanted to add rounded layers and keep the length. Word for word. I even mentioned that the length was not what I wanted during the service. I was still charged full price and spent the rest of the day crying. I have a wedding to go to and I can not even put my hair in a bun with out using Bobbi pins. I now am looking into buying extensions. Paid $340 for a hair cut, wash, dry, and tip. The worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Asked for a refund of some sort in a very polite way and she sent me nasty voice memos saying that my hair was damaged. And that I did not tell her I was unhappy when during the service I said this is shorter than I want. She said she doesn't give refunds her services are Non refundable.

Lisa is wonderful! My teenage daughter got a bad haircut from a salon chain. If you have a teenage daughter, you know how disastrous that can be! Lisa came to the rescue and fit us into her schedule pretty quickly. My daughter is so happy with the results!
