Bathroom is very unsanitary, hand soap is always empty, tissue is non existent, floors and walls are filthy. Wich is surprising beings the rest of the place is very clean and kept.

Easy and fairly cheaper and competitive prices for the other local storage units, just a little sad they didn’t offer first month free like the other locations offer.

I rented 2 units over the past several months. My experience with Extra Space Storage has been great! The facility is clean and well lit. There are several flat bed carts and 2 elevators that make loading and unloading easy in the climate controlled building.
It does not get hot inside during the summer nor cold inside during the winter, which helps keep one’s belongings in good shape.
The employees are very helpful, knowledgeable, and consummate professionals!

Greg has the upmost best fantastic customer service in the world! This gentleman was extremely patient, he answered all of my thousand’s of questions with not one worry in the world. He was great and I’m so glad he was there to assist me and he gave us a great offer as well. Thanks Greg kindness still does exist?
