I don’t know how to get a hold of corporate or if a personal owner owns this Family Dollar but I have a video of one of the employees harassing cursing and acting like a crazy person while shopping with plenty of customers insight. I am trying to get a hold of corporate anyway if anybody knows any information about this store and how I can do so too send my video in please let me know if you’ve gotten a hold of them also. I used to enjoy shopping at the store, but this is beyond me the last time after the video that I took before this one she accused my daughter of stealing and then had products on my receipt that I never received. She did not want to help and did not care. She has no respect whatsoever. Something needs to happen before somebody really gives her something she needs.

The manager of this store is very rude. I have gone in this store for many years and spent a lot of money every single time I go in there. I’ve gotten along with everyone except the manager there now. Her employees have said that they do not want to be there because of her and some have even left already. She has absolutely no customer service. She has been rude to me when her store has made major mistakes and then is giving me attitude when I ask for them to be fixed.

Bad location dosnt reload pre paid cards despite huge sign that says reload location and the employee saying they can one minute just to return a moment later saying they do not ?

This place is always janky. Used to shop here, daily. In the past few years it’s turned into a dump. Cashiers are rude, shelves are rarely stocked, and since they started selling beer, now there is questionable clientele. This place used to be a staple in our community, now it’s just a haven for trash.

I like shopping at any Family Dollar store. Simply because prices are normally balance and cheaper prices! However this store have several empty shelves.
