“This is my parents Primary Care Providers office. Great service, great doctors and medical personnel. They have out of hours service and emergency service. We love them. They treated my dad throughout his medical conditions all They way til his passing. They have cried with us and laughed with us.”
“The front desk personnel are always polite, courteous, and knowledgeable, the nurses are friendly and if the doctor is running late you're informed in the waiting room, everyone will ask if you need help. You will also be notified by a phone call or email regarding your upcoming appointment if any changes come up. What I can appreciate is you can get your lab work done there. Friendly atmosphere even the patients that are waiting to be seen, will hold the door open if you need help going out or coming in. ?

“The staff is always kind and courteous. I’ve never felt, “othered,” here the way some other offices can make feel. The staff will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable (the wait will be long). I remember the first time I called to make an appointment and I asked about treatment and how the dr is. The staff sang high praises and warned me about the wait. I had to think about whether I could consider the wait and still find exemplary care anywhere else and made the decision to come in. This is my second year as his patient and I’ll continue to stay here no matter how far or near I move.”
