If I could give 0 stars I would. The wait time was insane and you had associates walking around doing other task when customer service should be their number one priority. I waited for over 20 minutes and the line didn't move. I left and went back lateral same long line. I waited nearly 20 minutes again. They really need to do better. UPS Would never!

Brought in a package that was already boxed, taped, labeled and ready to go. Just needed it scanned and to get a receipt. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Finally just walked out.HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNDERSTAFFED!

The FedEx person was great. They were taking care of another customer but she knew I was looking for the drop box and reached to me to take my package. I found that very considerate of the employee. Great job!

I needed To return a pair of tires 255/35/19 they said that they don’t have space for them. Why you have a fedex office that can give you service?? I should suggest to put a note online for this site, do not bring large item to this location.
