I go in with my elderly mother because she needed a document next day mailed and the guy was pretty short with her…. I’m in customer service and this is not the standard. Not everyone is built to be behind the counter.

I was greeted very politely by the FedEx employee. I loved the fact that she listened to me 💯 Then proceeded after 1st asking my permission to hold my cell phone; to get the shipping label from my cellphone to their printer. This was my 2nd trip of the day to this location. It was a uccessful return

I had the most amazing experience at FedEx today—truly unexpected and so appreciated! Shelley, the lovely lady who assisted me, was incredibly kind, efficient, and helpful.
She went above and beyond to make sure my package was sent off smoothly and stress-free. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made all the difference.

I will start off by saying that the customer service at this location is excellent. My 2 star rating is due to the service I paid for not being fulfilled. On 3/18, I paid $144 for a .15 pound package (documents) to be shipped internationally. I was told that it would reach the destination by Thursday. It reached the Country to which it was being shipped on Thursday and still has not been delivered to the sender as of today 3/26. I called custo.er service yesterday and was told that they would open a support ticket to see where the package is because it needs to go to a third party to complete the service. I was also told that someone would follow-up with me today and that hasn't happened either. The app said it was with a third party vendor and then switched back to saying that it is at the FedEx facility. No one can give me a clear answer on what is happening and frankly don't seem to care. I decided to use FedEx on the recommendation of the receiver of the package even though I have had great experience with DHL. I would strongly caution against using FedEx for international services as it seems that their brand and service does not align globally. Waiting a week for a package that should have already been delivered and having it still not be delivered is unacceptable.

Customer service makes the difference! There’s other FedEx print centers but I always go to this one simply because they know their stuff! I was there recently and needed items for work to be done. Shelley helped me out and was patient with me. She took the time to understand what I needed and helped me out. She even helped me save a few bucks! The print items looked professional and I have Shelley to thank for it. She made the whole experience easy. That’s why I go to this specific FedEx print center!

Placed an order for two canvases. One was a perfect fit, but the other fit was going to be a bit off for the photo size. Logan took the time to call, explain how the photo would look originally and also the other two options I had. I chose to go into the store so he could show me what each option would look like. He did a great job and really helped ensure I’d be happy with my final product. Then went to pick the canvases up and one had a tiny scratch on the canvas (which was extra noticeable as it was a greyscale photo and the scratch was white). Mike was so pleasant in verifying it wasn’t just something on the canvas, offering to reprint and redo the entire thing free of charge, and making sure it would still be done by the time I needed to have it by! He was also there when I went in for pickup and was just as cheery again and made sure I was happy with the way it came out. Thanks Logan and Mike, I’ll be back to see you guys for any canvas prints I need!
