Logan immediately came over to assist both times when I needed help with my special order. The setup was a bit more complicated but he happily completed my order and asked for approval along the way to make sure I would be satisfied with the outcome.

My package was supposed to be held here, but once again Fedex drivers do not seem to know how to match a street number and name to a location on their system to the actual buildings or streets in real life....I hate you fedex you guys are trash.

Brandon, the assistant manager, is exceptionally rude for no reason.I asked a pretty simple question that was answered pretty easily by store manager Matt.Brandon just kept saying he doesn’t control prices, shrugging his shoulders, and rolling his eyes.Sorry for being a customer, Brandon.

This a story of how FedEx almost ruined my Christmas. I had ordered a very expensive ring for my wife that FedEx was going to deliver to my home. Because it required a signature and I was not going to be home I had the package held at this location to be picked up instead. Apparently there is a repeat customer that goes there to pick up packages that has a name similar to mine. They grabbed my package along with some of his and handed them over to him on the very day I was due to pick it up. They abandoned their entire protocol by not obtaining a signature when handing over my package. How they managed all of this I have no idea. In addition to that they also somehow don’t have this person’s phone number or email address. I had to do all the work of tracking down this person and getting my package back. FedEx and the employees at this store were of absolutely no help. If I can help it I never plan to ship or have anything shipped to me via FedEx ever again.

Customer Service Sucks!! No one wants to work faster than a dead snail! Look around half the people walking in just want to drop off a package !!! This place makes me angry

Over the years I’ve used this printing center for all kinds of projects from homework back in college to invites for events, and then some. This week my sister took my recommendation and had invites printed for her upcoming baby shower. When she arrived to pick up her order, the invites had been inaccurately printed and/or cut without the precision required of this type of project. Part of the design on either side of the invite was cut off. They said they’d reprint them and have them ready for her the next day. She arrived to pick them up again only to encounter the very same problem. They gave excuses which included a machine that is printing crooked. That is not the problem of the customer and as such, the messed up printer shouldn’t be used for this type of project. Needless to say, someone has to sign off on a work order being completed with accuracy and clarity for the customer’s satisfaction. They reprinted the invites for a third time due to their unacceptable error, further inconveniencing the customer. At the need for a third reprint, it is surprising that a discount/refund was not automatically offered.Unless I have ample time to anticipate these type of errors, I will likely not return or refer anyone else here.

This is a nightmare! I dropped off my company computer equipment to return ti my company on July 30th. It is almost an entire month later and the tracking still shows delayed. When I called I was hung up on at first. Then, when I finally reached customer service I was told that they tried to somehow deliver and empty package so it is now being returned to me! An empty package?! How does this even happen? Now I have to wait 2 more days for someone to contact me to open an investigation. Seriously?! How is a whole computer missing when I dropped it off at this specific location. I am in total disbelief.

Came in to ship my car suspensions and Addison took care of me right away, i had a box that was a bit small and Addison took the initiative to go grab his measuring tape and measure the items to ensure that all the items got packed safely and properly. After that he unloaded all the parts from the old box and stacked them in the new one for me. 10 out of 10 service ! Keep up the great work and initiative Addison, Thank you so much!

If there was an option to put no stars I would. I asked them to box and ship a small framed picture and they put the label on another box. You only have one job to process a shipment. There shouldn’t be room for an error like this.

Shelly was beyond helpful today! I walked in and she knew exactly what was needed and some. She guided me and gave me any extra info I might need in the future as far as packaging & shipping. And she helped me take my items to my car. 10/10 would go here over any where else.
