What a great customer service experience I received Manager and Assistant Manager on return based on 1st time Air Force One owner. I’m thinking true to size but actually for it’s a whole size down. They handle my return with fairness and professionalism to the max. The bearded SIR with the Miami hat definitely a great manager!

I came to the store to buy a pair of Nike Retro for me and my wife. The service is amazing, Specially Rock he was the cashier that help us. Kudos to the entire Staff.

I called in regards to an update on an application that I turned in. A woman at this location answered the phone and at first she was sweet until I explained what I was calling for. She interrupted me and with an attitude she explained that they were really busy right now and she “doesn’t have time to sit here and talk about an application” with me. Which is fair, but in NO WAY was her attitude and response appropriate because I had said NOTHING to warrant such an attitude from her. Busy or not, your staff needs to learn how to talk to people and properly multitask because that was 100% UNPROFESSIONAL! Would rate zero stars for an obvious lack of patience and customer service skills. I will not be spending my money here. EVER.

I bought two pair of shoes at this location. Salesperson 0049144 was rude. It was a bad experience. When i saw the shoes they were supposed to had a discount but someone at the store removed the promo tag and denied me the discount. Employees needs improve the way they treat customers

On Saturday they had a release of the retro 11. The store had this new manager, he was very unorganized . The last few times I was there for a release it was well organized and ran by I think he is a manager or should be one his name was Rock. He did a wonderful job people was in and out with no problems. But the manager that was there this Saturday he was Horrible!

I came in on Saturday to pick up my retro 11 raffle, the manager on duty whatever, was horrible very unprofessional unorganized, he stood by the register instead of helping customers, he barked out orders to the staff like they was prisoners. I never in all the time I picked up shoes felt uncomfortable in this shoe store ever. Any other the store is ran smoothly. If the manager that was there Saturday be there I will leave out and not shop. He is horrible.

Went to this Finish Line to return my shoes that were only tried on. The individual who was returning the shoes, looked at the bottom and told me they were going to have to exchange the shoe because they had been worn. I informed the associate they were only tried on. The biggest issue is if they had only looked at the other shoe, they could have seen the shoes were only tried on. Along with the fact that the laces hadn't even been touched and the rest of the shoe looked like they hadn't even been taken out of the box. Never have I had this kind of experiece at another shoe store or another Finish Line. Also very upset that this so called debris they saw on the bottom could have very well been debris from their store when tried on. Furthermore, the individual began to complain about the break schedule in front of us with another worker. I wiill not be coming to this Finish Line again due to their horrible customer service.

This Store (190) is more sales focused than service focused. I came here on 11/8 one hour before closing to find a pair of shoes to gift a friend. I decided on Adidas NMD R1 SHOES in Olive on sale for 118.25 with tax. One of the associates spotted me eyeing the shoe and was quick to retrieve a size 11 for me. When she came out she withheld the shoe box from me offering to bring it to the check out counter. I agreed. At checkout, I noticed the tissue paper was really crumbled. I asked the cashier (0356479) to kindly switch it out to which she declined saying it came like that. She finished inspecting the shoes and initialed the inside of the lid. I later felt the inclination to check the shoes while in the car. These shoes were clearly previously worn and returned. The front of both shoes were creased like they were walked in. Only one shoe had a crease protector insert. I'm sure the salesperson knew this, but was more interested in me checking out to make the sale asap. The fact, the cashier couldn't take 30 seconds to switch out the tissue paper and then proceed to initial off on something that shouldn't have passed an inspection is highly frustrating. I had no time to go back because I needed the gift for the following day. I YouTube'd how to steam out creases and wrinkles and flattened out the tissue paper by hand at home as much as I could. The person receiving the gift had no clue I went through all that and was happy for them, but I am not. I later realized had I went online to Adidas.com I could've purchased them NEW for $60 on sale. Bruh... I will never come here again.

I ordered shoes online and went to pick them up after work, online it says they’re open until 9 I get there at 7 on a Saturday and it’s closed and I can’t get my shoes. That needs to be fixed. I’m agitated honestly.
