This location is great!! They suggested a foot scan which I had never done before and went through the results with me which was shocking. I thought I had pretty flat feet and it turns out I have extremely high arches and probably have not been wearing the proper shoes. We got some inserts for my tennis shoes and they are extremely comfortable and I can put them in any one of my sneakers so my feet are supported. Very happy they recommended I do the scan even though they didn’t have the color I wanted in the shoes I came in for. Very knowledgeable team; I’m very impressed! I also joined the Club and have started earning rewards

Sameera was such a great help! I walked in needed shoes and she was helping 3 other customers as there was only one other person in the shop. She did a great job at checking on me and helping me while helping other customers. She was very patient bringing me out different shoes for me and even my husband. Very business needs a Sameera!

I will never come back to this store EVER again. For one, I walked in and the employee looked at me without a greeting. Then I scanned the wall for 10mins before someone came over to ask if I needed help. Once she came to me, in the middle of me inquiring about the shoe, another customer walked in (a Caucasian woman) and the employee stopped listening to me to greet her and ask how her day was. She completely cut me off while I was speaking. Then looked back and couldn’t remember the size I just inquired about not even 20 seconds ago. She then says she will return with the shoe just to walk over to the new customer and begin to assist her as if my business wasn’t important. I walked over to the finish line next door to see if they had the shoe I was looking for, of course they didn’t, he recommended them and when I told him about my experience he then said “I hear that all the time. We get people every other day that say they’ve encountered this experience”Not only has that store lost a forever customer! But I don’t believe I will return to this mall either. I truly feel racial profiled, as if maybe she felt I couldn’t afford the shoes I was inquiring about. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. and if this happens frequently as I was told, a district manager should seriously evaluate their employees.

I had a very nice experience here. I was greeted and taken care of right away. I stood on a circular scanner that analyzed my feet for the perfect width and size. My salesperson offered me a few different options to try because I was needing a shoe that could alleviate some heel pain. I also walk on concrete at work for 8 hours a day. I settled on some Hoka Bondi8's with insoles. It's definitely an investment at $250 total but my coworkers boast about the Hokas being life savers for their feetsies. My salesperson laced my shoes up for me and offered a membership at $30 that could save me 10% on my purchases. I'll definitely be back when these wear out!

While the wait was a bit long, the associate was very nice, great at checking in despite helping other customers as well, and extremely helpful.

These guys are great! I bought a pair of shoes for my wife and accidentally left my credit card, they were so kind - they held it and looked for me! You rarely find that level of decency, I'll definitely come back to this location!

Today I went into Fit2RUN in Westfield Mall Brandon, Fl. I was greeted and was helped by an employee named Derek. He was absolutely great! I’m new to the running sport. I got bad blisters in the past week with new shoes I bought from a competitor. I was just comfortable and really at ease with the whole purchase. He answered all questions and listened which in sales that doesn’t happen to much. I left feeling confident and extremely happy with my purchase. O’yeah who knew they had socks to prevent blister? Not me, so ended up purchasing 4 pairs!Thank you so much Derek you are truly a great asset to your company. I went to return the shoes I bought 2 days ago for a full refund and was told I could only get store credit due to the condition of the shoes... I wore these one time around the house. They had a little dirt on the bottom of the shoe and said their not resellable. 3 guys working at the cash register, no one else in the store and no help whatsoever for my return. 1/10 customer service and will never shop there ever again and I'll advise people not to as well. These shoes and new and I'm very unsatisfied with the customer service I've received.

This store is amazing, and the staff working there were wonderful to work with. My husband and I went to pick out a new pair of running shoes, and Niko helped us. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind (not to mention patient as my husband tried on 5+ shoes until he found the right ones). But that’s exactly what made the experience so great—there was no pressure and the guys working there were had great customer service skills. Their mission is to make sure that you find the best shoe for you, and that you’re fit to run. Thanks again, Niko and crew. We’ll be back!

I love the store great selection of shoes, bit the femal sales associate that helped (and I'm using that term very loosely) was a drag. Her whole vibe was she didn't want to be there and she definitely didn't want to assist customers. And by assist I mean just checking on sizes available for the shoe model I wanted. I walked out. I expect at least the desire for the associate to give the impression they want to help. And for a specialty store, if they don't have what I'm looking for maybe offer alternatives.Update ** Just realized this was the Brandon store. The Brandon crew is always on top of it. The issue was at the International Mall store. We actually left and went to Brandon and although smaller they were very helpful and accommodating as usual.
