Maybe because of Christmas holidays and working too baby hours, staff including the man in charge I felt they were rude, disrespectful tone as a customer, my 1st trip and probably my last... Needed something for both granddaughters...had to go home and bring oldest one to help me .

Staff and Manager especially were terrific. We are awaiting the arrival of a specific new Christmas item that is already all over the internet as being at Five Below . The reality is that it is not already at any of the retail locations within 70 miles and likely not any others in the state as well. The manager has been diligent in looking over shipment manifest and keeping us informed. Alas as of today still yet to arrive.

The store is clean, items are not durable at all but you get what you pay for. I bought some decoration but it fell apart a few days after. It was seasonal so not a big deal. Do not buy electronics here, they will not be good quality, but other items are ok.

The customer service by Crews was amazing and, I loved the variety of international snacks as well. The store is also very clean. Will definitely be back.

Edit review one year later.... The store is still great, but the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Dropped one star for cleanliness.
The store was clean and very organized. The employees don't stand over you when you're checking out like they do at the one in citrus park. I came in and got exactly what I was looking for. No complaints.
